Rated 2 out of 5 by from Broke sitting one week We had our drier for exactly one week before the “little belt” holding the drum snapped. Although still under warranty as the machine was brand new, it took nearly 2 weeks to schedule a service appointment. Making matters worse the technician did not have a replacement belt in stock which is now nearly 2 weeks on back order so have needed to line dry our clothes for over a month so far and still counting!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Arrived with error codes As soon as I plugged it in it gave a “door” error code, when I called in the problem i was told to let it warm up then to plug and unplug to turn it on to open and close the door when they finally sent a service guy he told me that the “door” error code means not enough power and just left.
