New Addition to The Family .
Surprisingly quiet. And cools very well. We welcomed the new addition to our home in June 26. My home is I direct sunlight all day. We had days well over 90 . We set it at 69 and on low fan. We are in and out to our pool all day long. The living room and kitchen stay very comfortable . Surprise to me because my beautiful bride is ALWAYS HOT! The dog loves it to 😉. The men who did the install were quick and really nice guys. I did HVAC work now semi retired I sit back and supervise 😀. Friedrich has bin around for a long time. So remember you buy cheap you get cheap! 👍

Does the job
This unit replaced a 13 year old Friedrich unit. It is super quiet compared to the previous one and cools well. Hopefully it will last just as long. A few years back I accidentally got the wrong model A/C which I didn’t realize until I opened the box. PC Richard’s took it back and exchanged it for the correct model. They could have refused it or charged me a restocking fee but they didn’t. This kind of customer service is what keeps me coming back to them with my business. Order on line and it was delivered the next day.

Outstanding Cooling
Cools our living room and a bit more quickly and above ALL else.... Quietly. Had it just a few weeks so let's see if it has endurance.

Friedrich air conditioner
Great product at a great price. Staff was very friendly and put the unit into the car for me. This is my second round with Friedrich, first round lasted 25 years. I highly recommended this product.

Rolls Royce of Window/Wall Air Conditioners
My Friedrich Kuhl air conditioner died after having it less than 8 years. And it died on one of the hottest days of the summer when I had company no less. Dont even try having it repaired because it’s not repairable. Having no choice than to go out and get a new a/c, I did some research and came across this Friedrich chill inverter series. It truly is library quiet, far quieter than the Kuhl this replaced. The replacement was fairly quick and easy. The unit runs beauuutifully! I installed the app on my phone in no time. So easy to use both the a/c and app. Couldn’t be happier with my new purchase. Even the back side outside is quieter than the Kuhl. Don’t waste your money on the Kuhl when this model, in my honest opinion is far superior.

Cools well and efficiently and quietly
Cools well and efficiently and quietly. The front cover was tricky to get off for the through the wall install. But overall it is a great AC.

BEST AC YET !
The Friedrich 18,000 BTU exceeds my expectations. The swing directs the fan so it can be directed in any direction. The unit is so quiet, sometimes I have to mute my television to be sure it is on! Definitely a very good choice !

It’s super cold
It cools off both my kitchen and living room as it was placed in between those two. Had to set it at 76 or 78 degrees- any lower than that is too cold even if it’s up to 100 degrees outside. The design is also beautiful and it’s not loud like my old aircon. I highly recommend it.

You Won't Regret Buying this Great Product.
Fabulous product! It's the quietest air conditioner that I've ever owned. I don't even realize that it's on. The service given to me by Sharif in your Bay Ridge store was one of my best experiences of Customer Service in many years. He truly is very knowledgeable in this product. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Happy and cool with my new AC
My built-in AC unit died after 25 years. I bought a Friedrich 18,000 BTU unit and had PC install it. So worth the money to have them install it. I bought a unit very close to the size of the original. Trimming the opening is included in the fee. Six months interest free financing and the AC is quiet and super efficient. Very happy.
P.S. our salesman was fantastic!
