Great Unit!
So far it s an excellent unit. Thermostat actually works to turn unit on and off in money saver mode compared to last unit with american name owned by chinese company which failed due to electronics in three years. Worth the extra cost compared to lower priced units. Highly recommend based on unit running almost every day for a month due to high humidity and warm temps

Quiet and efficient wall a/c unit
Powerful and quiet wall a/c unit. It cools quickly and efficiently. Easy to use. Has WiFi option. Friedrich has great customer support with an 800 number. They helped me choose the correct model and BTU’s to replace an old unit that died. Bought this unit at PCRichards. They have great support too and service plans.

How far the air conditioner is good just need to figure out all the new gadgets especially the remote and the hook up to online Bluetooth. I wish model number or serial number so I can register do unit with Fredericks. I do have the five year warranty on it through PC, Richard and son.

Loss of settings
I've had this unit for about a year and every time I use the remote to turn it on my settings change. It goes into money saver mode and the fan speed goes back to auto. It's even sets the temperature to 72 when I have it set at 61. It's works well but I have to change the settings all the time. ? Other than that I like the unit.
