Excellent room A/C
It’s very quiet and works very well. I especially like the dual vents as it provides more options as to where the cool air blows. And it also has a very good look.

I would highly recommend.
Makes a small crackling sound when you turn it on. But, then it gets in a quiet way.

Not very quiet
Bought the unit and came defective with the blower fan rubbing when compressor came on. Manager switched the unit Out for another but still not a quiet air conditioner. Not the best for a bedroom setting though

VERY LOUD
Very nice sales Rep but was sold something I did not originally want. Buyers remorse is what I am stuck with. Told the rep I need a quiet air conditioner the air conditioner sits next to my sofa in the TV room. Spoke about brand, BTU amount and need for quiet was my main concern. Heat wave was forecasted for the next day wanted set up in window. Once all settled on the product they had 8 in stock I added a 3 year extended warranty paid and waited for it to roll to my car. Many rolled out I kept saying that’s not mine after the 3rd wrong one manager stepped in. He looks at computer says 8 are in the warehouse not in house. MGR says has 1 that is an open box we opened the box could see it was not used all sealed would be at a discount (which was not my concern but it would be a price drop)
Rather then waiting a day for the warehouse to deliver to the store and go after work in the heatwave then unbox and set up in the miserable heat I said open box it is. Mentioned need for quiet he said well this isn’t the dual motor for quietness. With surprise said that’s what I mainly asked for. Mind you now I’ve been there for hours, came straight from work. He says this one is not loud just not silent, it even says QUIET on the box in HUGE letters. Get home and it Roars non stop. When watching TV must be off. It does chill the room though.

Don’t trust this Business They are sketchy.
Went to 2 locations in NYC, 1st one they weren’t too helpful with the units or measurements, or to find the right product. Had to call in myself another location to find product available.
2nd location 45 mins away, they had units , I purchased it the unit had suppose to be brand new, had a bit of black mark in one corner/ a huge scratch quite noticeable. Also a brought the window bracket that was used and returned. The box was missing screws and had a label with had information of another prior customer. Totally a waste of time totally unprofessional , unacceptable a waste of time.
Won’t shop or trust this business again.
If you shop here open the boxes before leaving the store before you find yourself a quite unpleasant surprise.
