Wonderful ac unit with heat !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got to to try a new ac unit and absolutely in love wit it. It’s so quite so at night you can’t even hear it kick on. It can be controlled by your phone so you don’t even have to get up out of bed. So convenient it has air control and heating ! 8,000 btu. Definitely worth it ! And installation was a breeze and super easy !

Great value for the price

Amazing Through-the-Wall AC!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Through-the-Wall AC has all the bells and whistles! First off, installation is made easy by the very clear instruction manual that describes and illustrates the recommended process. My husband had no issues with installation. When turned on, the unit is both quiet and effective. I love that it hooks up to Wi-Fi and can be controlled remotely with an app which is also super user friendly and easy to set up. The digital display on the unit is easy to read, functions well, and is intuitive to use. I also appreciate that it comes with a decently sized remote control that includes all of the unit’s settings. There are many different options for all climate needs, including a heat function, dry mode, fan mode, and auto mode. The unit was quickly able to cool down a large room to a comfortable temperature and humidity level, and the air flow is consistent and well controlled. This unit is most certainly high quality, efficient, and built to last!

Nice cool air! This is the perfect size for a shop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ac is everything we needed for the size shop that we have! My dad did the install and he said everything was pretty straightforward and easy to install even for someone without any experience that they would for sure be able to do it. Getting it setup on his phone was easy and he got it down pretty fast. He said that it seems like it will be very durable and he is ready for the Oklahoma summer heat now with how good it blows cold air!

Nice AC
Love the Friedrich AC has always been the best and my only AC love everything about it especially the technology the smart capabilities come in so handy I can turn my AC on and off from my phone. Haven’t had a chance to use the heat on it yet hopefully that will work great also. Only thing I wish it could be a little Quieter besides that I love it.

A powerful unit for a great price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is a solid choice if you are looking for a thru the wall AC with both cooling and heating capacity.
The 8000 BTU cooling power is well suited for rooms up to 300 square feet, and it does a great job bringing the temperature fairly quickly without running excessively loud.
The airflow is strong at 256 CFM, which helps distribute the cool air evenly throughout the room.
One of the biggest advantages is the built in electric heat (4200BTU), making it useful year round.
The smart features, 24 hours timer, auto restart, and remote control make it convenient to operate without constantly adjusting the unit manually.
The use of R-32 refrigerant is also a plus since it is more efficient and environmentally friendly compared to older models.
The built quality is sturdier and typical for Friedrich products, which are known for their high durability.
Installation does require a proper thru the wall sleeve, so it is not as simple as installing a standard window unit, but once installed it looks clean and integrated.
Overall, the quality and the performance of the unit are astonishing for all the seasons.

Absolutely disappointed in product -don’t purchase
I purchased this may 2024..used it til late Aug. first time using it this year in June and it no longer works.no cold air at all -just the fan works . Called service to see if they could repair it and they said no since I didn’t purchase extended warranty so I’m stuck with a product that I used only for about 5 months total. Complete waste of money
