Calling PC Richard's for service is a nightmare. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to have one of their service partner's call me back to schedule an appointment. PC Richard's promises to follow up and they do not. What is the point of having an air conditioner that we can't use? Buy your air conditioner from someone else because you won't be able to rely on PC Richard's service guarantee!
