Cools the room almost immediately and the air filter option was great for filtering the wildfire air. Very quiet and no vibration noise. VERY happy with my purchase -- wish I had purchased the same one for the other room in my apartment, which is a LG and not half as good as this one is!

The unit is a bit loud even when the fan is on the low setting. I wish I didn't have to turn ECO mode off each time it starts up, but that is a small annoyance. Was it necessary to install the grill that came with the unit? The installers advised that it was not necessary. Overall, I am very satisfied with this air conditioner.

The AC could be quieter and makes a sloshing noise, but it works and cools. It looks good and is easy to clean.
