[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased FRSS2323AW to replace the same model which was 17 years old. It had needed servicing only once (water line leak- replaced), but when the compressor became loud and showed signs of refrigerant leak it was time for a new fridge before it quit cooling. I chose the same model because of familiarity of product, reliability, fridge/freezer configurations, and fit. I appreciate the improvements Frigidaire has made: ice maker, defrost, compressor, condenser, and evaporator are quieter than previous model; door bins are sturdier; drawers slide smoother; even with rear rollers eliminated it slides in/out from wall easier; doors and handles are smooth finish while sides are textured. Two things Frigidaire’s manual doesn’t cover but I recommend: after delivery, remove the inside tape/packaging/stickers before plugging it in as it’s much more difficult once the cabinet is cold; twice a year remove the front kick plate to vacuum underneath and remove the back cover and vacuum the condenser coils/fan- good air flow is essential to the life of the compressor, condenser/fan.

Love our new Frigidaire!

Can't stop admiring this remarkable refrigerator!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After our BrandX refrigerator gave out after just 3 1/2 years when the compressor failed, we searched online and visited three big box stores before deciding on the 22 cu. ft. stainless steel Frigidaire—and it was exactly what we wanted. It arrived the very next day after ordering online! Our old fridge didn’t have ice or water in the door, and now we’re absolutely in love with this one. The crushed ice feature is just like a convenience store dispenser, producing perfectly sized little pieces. It’s quiet, the stainless steel finish is easy to keep clean, and the efficient interior layout makes it feel even larger than its size. My research showed Frigidaire’s great history and reputation, and it’s truly a fantastic value. Thank you, Frigidaire!

Solid, Reliable Fridge With Great Storage and Quiet Operation

Ft. 33" Side‑by‑Side Refrigerator, and it has been a strong performer in every category that matters for daily use. The interior layout is excellent — shelves are well‑spaced, the door bins hold more than expected, and the freezer side is surprisingly roomy for a 33" model. The LED lighting is bright and evenly distributed, making it easy to see everything without dark corners.
The unit runs quietly, which was important for my kitchen layout. Temperature consistency has been spot‑on, and both compartments cool quickly after loading groceries. The water and ice dispenser works smoothly, and the ice production is more than enough for regular household use. I also appreciate the clean, modern look and the fingerprint‑resistant finish, which really does cut down on smudges.

The one problem we had was that the kick guard at the bottom did not fit properly, exposing the door's lower metal hinges. They could not replace the part, so they exchanged the entire refrigerator. The replacement had the same problem. It appears to be a design problem as both ends twist downward.

Perfect refrigerator for my needs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great and great looking refrigerator. The water and ice feature is terrific. The freezer is small but I have a second freezer, so no problem. The refrigerator has plenty of room and space for larger items. Only complaint, there is only one drawer and it is at the bottom. I like one further up for lunch meats and cheeses and the like. I just use a basket sitting on the convenient shelf.
