So Far, So Good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After far too many issues with our whirlpool French door refrigerator we made the decision to buy new. After realizing the durability of side by side refrigerators we settled on the Frigidaire professional line. Now this is much smaller than our 27 Ct ft whirlpool, but has it upsides: lighter to move, less food waste from storing too much and faster water dispenser. The biggest improvement for us is the glass shelving in the freezer vs wire racks that bags tend to get stuck in and not having to bend over every time we need to access the freezer. Our newly remodeled kitchen has noticeably improved as this looks more built in vs the bulky whirlpool that once stood in its place.

Love My Frigidaire Side By Side!

OUR NEW FRIG
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After putting up with a Samsung 3 door refrigerator for 6 years and even with a new ice maker and new fan and insulation we finally had enough. On a customer appreciation day at our local Roby's furniture and appliance store we bumped into the refrigerator isle and spotted our soon to be new Frigidaire. We said, ok, time to make the change. And we are so glad we did. Now we have ice we can actually use, no fan buildup making noise hitting the ice build up, and a much easier interior layout to store and see what is inside. In reflection I think we knew all along the Frigidaire was waiting there just for us.

Great Refrigerator So Far

Bought this one because it was a counter depth and would fit in our space. We are very pleased. It is quiet and somewhat larger on the fridge side than the first one even though both were counter depth. The freezer is small but we can work around that. Wish the light was a little brighter but overall we have been very pleased with it so far.

The refrigerator shelves are easy to clean and the drawers slide smoothly. The baskets in the freezer have a large capacity. I especially like the lighting inside both the freezer and the refrigerator. Lights are placed at strategic points to maximize visibility.

We looked at MANY refrigerators and this one, by far, is built with higher quality parts and features. We love the side-by-side vs. bottom drawer as it's significantly more easy to organize and fine the items you need. The removable glass shelves make this fridge easier to keep clean than the plastic shelves that allow crumbs and spills to leak between the outer rim and plastic shelf. It also has a luxury look in our kitchen!

The freezer freezes well without freezer burn and has stacking room. I like this style of freezer better than a drawer style due to visibility of food. The stainless steel is fingerprint proof which is great for kids or high use. I have not had a refrigerator with air filter prior to this one I will be interested to see how it works with more use, and it seems easy to change.

The adjustment screws for the doors were similarly maxed out and there is still a slight misalignment of the doors because I could not move the right door up any more and the left door had no available travel to move down.

Great looks, good layout for the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife only wants "professional" looking refrigerators, eg with the classic square ended handles. I'm not sure why all fridge companies sell these models for more, but at least the frigidaire Professional range is competitively priced.
Ice/water dispenser works great, the interior and drawers are thoughtfully laid out for maximum space in a counter depth fridge. Only complaint is it's a little noisier than our old fridge

Good, but could be better with improved quality control and design.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took delivery last week of my new refrigerator. This one it's replacing is a 39 year old Hot Point side by side that has never had a single service call and was working fine upon replacing it. But we were upgrading our kitchen and after looking around this was the one I chose. Overall, the design is good but there are several things I don't like about it. The lower kick plate doesn't really hide the the hinge area between the bottom of the door and the top of the kick plate on the sides. And the doors are set up so there is no side to side adjustment, just up and down. So I have a very noticeable gap difference between the top of the doors and the bottom. It's 3/16" at the top and 1/2" at the bottom. Also the top shelf and the middle pull out drawer has noticeable defects on the trim front edges. The dealer is going to replace them, but they should have never left the factory like this. It makes me wonder about the issues you can't see. It does run quiet, maintains temperature, but doesn't freeze things as fast as our old one. I hope it lasts a long time with out issues because it has a hard act to follow. Time will tell and I hope for the best.
