Is there such a thing as too cold?
The air conditioner work very well. Sometimes, I think too well! LOL It could be 90F outside and it will be in the 60's inside and I am cold. :-) I like having the option of using the control panel, remote, and the app on my phone. I use the phone app most often. I am glad that it did not cause too many problems like I was reading about in the comments before we purchased it. We use Eco mode mostly so it only comes on when needed. Overall, it works well!

You won’t regret it!
So worth the price! I have three units in my apt, two in wall and this in window, and my in wall were more expensive and are less powerful than this product!
Cools down my 21ft long by 10ft w by 12ft high room in a matter of minutes- I’m not kidding! I’m sitting inside in July with a blanket on in the evening because of the power of this machine.
The app is such a plus. Never again will I walk into my apt only to be met by a wall of hot air.

Amazingly good and COLD
We took our time installing but made certain to get just as instructions told us. Turned on and set to eco and it was incredible. Wifi was simple. Had to turn off it cooled the 2 rooms so well. Opened up to a third and still gives a chill. Awesome product again.

If you are looking for a quieter a/c this is it.
WE bought this a/c to replace the one in the kitchen (which was only 5 years old). The packaging had everything you will need. We both find it is much quieter than the last one and pumps out a lot more cold air. Glad we made the purchase.
