Solid product. Excellent cooling
This unit is cooling the area very well. It is noise than expected. Installation was actually very easy. Utility cost are less with the greater btu capacity. Haven't used the heating yet but hoping it works as well as the cooling.

The Coolest AC
Our warehouse uses about 14 air conditioners like this. We've tried all different brands, but this particular model has been the best and we're gradually converting all of our AC units to this exact model. Love it!

Wifi issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air conditioner works fine but the wifi will not stay connected to the network. I have had to.connect it multiple times. Other products stay connected, so it is not a wifi issue.

Like it a lot.

Loud
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy that GE replaced my defective unit however I was t left any paperwork/ warranty information/ instructions for use. In addition, the indicator doesn’t stay lit and I can’t reach the buttons without a stool. It’s not the same
Style. It doesn’t blow that well but it sure is loud.

Bad design
Although the owner's manual says otherwise, this unit has no adjustable ventilation port. While in heating mode, when the unit cycles off, frigid air from outside blows in causing the unit to shortly cycle back on. This model is virtually useless during the winter months.

GE combo AC/ Heating Unit
Disappointed in this unit. It is very loud, much louder than my previous unit (same model) that needed to be replaced after 15 years. It is not as efficient, does not cool down the room as efficiently and quickly as my older model unit.
