Excellent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ac is much quieter than unit it replaced, which was also a 5 year old 5000 but. Very easy to install. Cooling is excellent. We thought the old one was great, this is much better. The only reason we replaced it. Old one hit by lightning I love the eco mode. It's good not having fan run constantly.

Great WiFi features
The air conditioner server its entire purpose. It cools my entire downstairs stairs and great with efficiency. Sturdy with installation.Fits perfectly.Its not a noisy device. I would buy this device again if i needed a new one . We’ve enjoyed our air conditioner all summer.Great price and great device.

Exactly what I needed for my garage.
I installed this unit in a 1200 square. ft. insulated garage. If I turn it on at 7am it will bring the temperature down to 74* and keep it there for 5 hours while I work in the morning. It's an awesome unit.

Heat wave approved
We just went through a week long heatwave of temps 99° + with heat indexes of 110°. This kept my entire downstairs nice & cool. I even kept it at 76°.

Ain't the air cold!
Got the 14000 BTU to handle our first floor open living room, dining room and kitchen. Works well so far. Only used three days. It weighs much less than the 15k BTU unit it replaced. Made install easier. And it is not as noisy as some.

Keeping cool.
Our main home ac went out and we needed a backup for the hot days. We have a large living area with high ceilings and was unsure if this would cool the large area, but it does a great job. Kept us cool for the days It was hot and made it very comfortable. It is a great backup even for our large area room.

great window A/C unit, it cools my living room, dining area and kitchen in no time, I am very happy with this purchase, the only thing I notice its a little loud when the compressor hits, but I think is normal function other than that , I would recomend this unit 5 stars for me thanks

GE 14000 BTU Window A/C
Cools great. Installation does not meet new standard aluminum double pane windows. Had to improvise for sealing. The extra sealing material was not good. The A/C to window mantle bracket was not tall enough based on the window bottom seal having a riser. Could not use. Had to use a wood prop outside due to this.

All around great AC for the money..
Notice a lot of these review comments saying it breaks on them after a few months or its broken out the box....They must have done something to it because this thing is a BEAST..
It gets my room colder than a Meat Locker and pretty quietly I might add. Love the fact you can control it with your phone and it keeps track of the daily energy consumption...You can also tell it when to turn on and off during the week with the phone app...
Highly recommend...
