Perfect in all aspects.
The microwave is exactly as we wanted. There are not many white microwaves available these days; but, GE had one. Very familiar as it was much like our previous microwave that simply aged out. Controls are easy to use & understand. Power level is perfect for our 2 person needs. Size is as needed. Thus far, we are very happy with our purchase.

I have used this microwave for approximately five years. Overall, in general, it does exactly what it’s designed to do. Considering other competitors of the same or similar products. GE is still one of the best products that I use in my home today. Thank you!!

I think it was an excellent choice except for one thing. I cannot see the control panel and the clock. It should light up. My previous GE microwave had a light up panel which made it so much easier to to set.

Great Microwave
Well just after 1 day we love our 1.6 GE 1150 watt Microwave a lot better than our previous Pansonic 1200 watt microwave. We highly recommend it if you like countertop microwaves.

Bring in the new.
Our old microwave stopped working, always when you need it! We went on line and did some research looking at what we were interested in and color. The new one looks great with our appliances and is bigger and more powerful than our old one. It works great and the instructions are simple to follow. It’s a great pick!

perfect replacement for Frigidaire ffmo 1611ls
I was looking for fixing or buying a new one to replace my 8-years old Frigidaire ffm 1611ls built-in microwave oven, which is not heating and broken recently. After a lot of looking up and studying, I am realize I might have to buy the original model in order to reuse the trim kit, which costs almost around 60% of microwave oven price. Repairing the broken one cost almost ~70% of new one price, which is also not good deal. I could not find any new built=in models that has the size matching the existing trim kit size until I look into this GCST16S1W1SS model from GE, which has competitive price and exact the same dimension I need. It fits existing trim perfect and works just fine!!! Thanks for compatible design!

Great upgrade
I had to replace my Panasonic Gemini microwave for a larger pocket space and the GE dimensions were the best available for that space, and much to my delight the upgraded features are very helpful.
The power levels are higher than the replaced model so there is a learning curve to adjust to. Love the controls and the handsome design. The performance is especially good for corn on the cob.

Sleek, simple look, powerful and fast
This fast and powerful microwave replaces a similar model from probably 10-15 years ago (latch and power control was faulty)! I am happy with the design and simplicity of use. The magnetized side is useful for hanging things I need to have handy but I wish it was more textured because the magnets slide). I use it on a counter height table which makes it a bit hard to read the button labels which are way below eye level. I will probably add a red dot so I can easily differentiate the power ON and OFF buttons.

I was amazed how powerful it is. It was better than my whirlpool, the originally equipment that came with the house when it was built. Only thing is should have an option for the color of the display so it would match my stove.

Happy to have found this microwave
I have had this microwave only a few days, but so far am very happy with my purchase. I was looking for a white microwave from a reputable company, which was neither too small or too large. It is the perfect size for my countertop, has simple controls, looks very nice and cooks quickly and thoroughly. Not as loud as my old one, which is also a positive. I look forward to many years of service from this microwave.

So Far, So Good
We've had many GE products before, they're always good quality. We've just replaced our old dead microwave with a new GE. I like the keyboard setup and it goes nicely with our stainless steel kitchen appliances. So Far, So Good.

Great purchase!
Perfect size! Make sure to unlock the child safety feature before trying to open the door. We disabled ours simply because we don’t have small children. It is a nice feature to have though, if needed. Highly recommend this microwave!
