Has been a great washer/dryer combo.
I bought this combo new in late 2022. I live in a trailer and had to remove a closet and rough-in everything myself (another happy outcome from being an experienced home repair guy).
The unit has been great. No real issues or problems. It sits literally 12’ from my bed and is plenty quiet so as to not disturb my sleep.
On the subjects they want addressed:
The basket is good (at first I was concerned about the capacity but it’s very adequate).
I almost always use the “bulky” setting to get more water above the clothes.
Only used the gentle cycle a couple times and it was surprisingly gentle.
The electric bill (this unit is all electric) did not increase hardly any even with an average of 3 loads a week.
My only complaint is that I wish the dryer filter was say half again bigger. The way I get around this issue is by emptying the filter after about 10 minutes. By doing this the remaining timed dry cycle is much quicker.
Overall I would definitely recommend this unit, even to my friends!

the washer and dryer is great
The mechine works well, it is much better than some of the fancy ones we used.
However, the sale rep from NJ asked me to get the wrong connection without asking me where the vent is in my place. It was not helpful. I also went to the store in UWS, the sales persons are also not very helpful. I think those people need to be better trained.

Good product

Perfect for us
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Washer/Dryer is exactly what my husband and I need for our laundry in our small apartment. Works beautifully and quickly - haven't gotten our first utility bill but we are hoping it is also efficient. If I could make any difference in it it would be the level of sound during the initial wash cycle but our location of the appliance makes it difficult to "silence" it - which we know is impossible. So far, so good

Very good Laundry Center
Pleased with the smaller size with larger performance than the previous unitized laundry center. This GE unit is quiet, spins much better - almost dry!- and has more features like pre-soak, second rinse, etc. The dryer is outstanding! Half the time as before. Installation required my previous 4-prong cord and longer water hoses for the location, and the workers did grove my wood floor, but none was the fault of the appliance. Highly recommend this spacer.

Does the Trick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the only washer / dryer that would fit into our space. So far there are no issues with it's performance except that the clothes come out of the washer extremely wrinkled. The dryer seems to be working well so far. The size of the dryer is much larger than the washer. My old washer was larger and I can no longer wash a whole set of king size sheets in the new one. I have to wash the flat sheet separate from the fitted sheet.

So much more capacity than my old one.

So much quieter and clothes come out spin ready for the dryer. A big improvement. I would recommend for anyone limited on space but wanting a quality washer and dryer at a moderate price.

Excellent smaller combo unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Average noise, wiggles a bit, but the cycles are fast and efficient - really can't beat it for a small family with older kids. The capacity is perfect for a smaller load. The lint filter is in the door, and easy to clean.

Installation went beautifully. The team was efficient, clean, friendly and thorough. The product is remarkable. For a small washer/dryer unit it holds a lot and handles the big stuff perfectly. The washer is extremely quite too.

I would buy it again in a heartbeat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation went without a glitch. I find the Capacity fine for a medium load. The machine, as others have said, isn't as quiet as some, but mine is in a main entrance hall that is next to the kitchen and near the living room--we've not been bothered by the noise level.
The cycles are much faster than my previous washer/dryer which I appreciate. And, the clothes are clean!!
Finally, it fits into a small closet. I've had difficulty in the past with units that are too wide to get into the space without removing the door and molding.

Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised at the capacity in the washer. It holds much more, without crowding, than I had expected. It also offers many cycles to choose from. The noise level is fine, it’s only loud momentarily when it changes cycles. Mine is in the kitchen & doesn’t impact any conversations, tv or radio listening. Dryer heats well & thick towels are dried relatively quickly. Its compact size fits seamlessly along the kitchen cabinets. We’re very happy with the washer dryer combo, couldn’t live without it now!
