I paused the washer to put in fabric softener, close the lid, waited a few seconds but nothing happened. I assumed I had to push the start button again. Unfortunately, the washer started over again. Please advise proper procedure.
Yes. I have experienced that as well. I contacted GE and they wanted to send a tech. I believe the machine has several design flaws and would love to get rid of it.

When can I add liquid bleach?
So I just purchase this machine, after reading all details it was stated it had a fabric softener dispenser, now I have machine and it does not, unless I can’t find it, help
