Great capacity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is what we were looking for. The prior one could not dry an entire wash load completely, and we had to split it into to separate loads. Now we finally can place all of our washed garments in the dryer and have them become dry in just one load. And they do come out quite dry!

Simple and straightforward

No More Clothesline
My previous dryer did not get our clothes dry. This one works very well. I like the options available and the varied control of the temperature settings. The capacity is far better than our previous dryer but still fits in our confined space. It is very quiet.

Very Happy! Can't Go Wrong Buying GE
I'm very happy with my GE Dryer. I bought it to go with my GE Washer and they look great side by side. It has a very large basket and dries even the largest load without having to run through a second cycle. I haven't noticed any noise, but admit my dryer is in the basement so I don't hear it running much, just at startup. I've never gone wrong buying GE products and this was another great purchase.

As expected, buzzer is NOT as loud as people say
So far,, so good. Only used it a few times as I've only had it about a week. Is as expected. Also the buzz on the timer is not as loud as people are explaining. Other reviews suggest it is super loud, aggravating, and unnecessary. Yes it's true, it would be nice if I could turn the timer completely off, however, it is NOT unnecessarily loud. It's a timer that is loud enough to alert the user that the load is done. It's what one should expect. And it shuts off after about 20 seconds, buzzes a second time for about 20 seconds, then shuts off. It doesn't go off incessantly until it is physically shut off. It stops on its own if you do t go to it. Other reviewers are being unrealistic and EXTRA. Controls are easy enough, holds and dries a normal size load. Don't over fill beyond capacity and there won't be a problem with drying time.

Happy to have a good dryer!
The dryer has a good capacity and it's not noisy which is a pleasure. Clothes come out nice. I love that it is a no-frills control board with few buttons to break! I think the clothes dry efficiently in due timing.
