As always, there's an order that has to be used if you're using something other than the instant cook buttons. I use the instant cook buttons and the add 30 seconds button a lot since many frozen things I cook say cook 4-1/2 mins or 5-1/2 mins. Overall, I like the microwave and use it a lot. As always, I don't use the defrost setting on the microwave, or any other microwave for that matter, because they are never accurate and usually defrost too much.
