Good-Old Standard Range/Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good-old standard Range/Oven solidly made, with simple controls. No fancy unnecessary/un-needed electronics. We've only had it a few weeks, but it seems to be really well made and nicely finished. We like the glossy burners.

I converted to propane using supplies orfices and the gas control is good, a very small flame is easily obtained. Truth is I haven't used the oven yet because not electricity yet and the oven thermostat won't open the valve without it. The. Burner configuration is acceptable two medium, one large and one small. I think if I were to design it myself I would have six burners, two of each, but then it would not be a conventional size oven. I use the small burner the most and it's in the back which is fine. The painted steel grates for the stove top burners are not going to last forever, I wonder if there are cast iron ones that can be found to replace them.

Simple Is Best
I chose this range after my old one burned out its thermostat; it had had self-cleaning as a feature. This new range is the perfect size. It meets my requirements for a simple, clean-line look; four burners and an oven. No air frying. No convection fans. No self-cleaning. I cook/bake for two. The burners I calibrated easily using the controls and provided directions. I've already baked two pizzas and it browned the bottoms like a champ. Cakes bake evenly and quickly- took 4 minutes off the recommended bake time! The top burners have multiple ports for flames to exit, so things cook faster than with my old stove that only had a few ports on each burner; faster cooking!
Both range and oven wipe clean very easily due to their high gloss finish. Be careful with the burner grates as they have an attractive high polish and skillets move easily across their surface. I am very happy with this range.

Great stove
The stove is attractive and works like a dream. The burners light easily and the oven comes up ro temperature quickly. My only complaint is that the shiny black finish streaks when wiped .
