I love the burners and can’t wait to straight canning. Very pleased with this stove! The burners will be an adjustment from having a flattop previously.

The oven light is a great feature especially when I make my cheese cake and watch it rise for 3 hours while the oven door must remain closed during that time. The best feature is that this appliance is made in the USA!

We chose this particular GE stove for that reason, as well as the fact that it is a trusted brand for us. The controls and layout are great, easy to use and we like the safety features it provides as well.

The only negative I can come up with, and this is being picky, is I'm not sure if I'm crazy about the safety burners - Sensi-temp. Never had them before. Who knows? It may prevent an injury one day.

Sensors on the stove eyes. Self cleaning oven. Oven light. Clock. Timer. Delayed cooking. I know I may not use the self cleaning or delayed cooking but I like the other features just fine. At the age of 60+ some things are better left for the young. We will enjoy our new appliance I'm sure.

It gets hot pretty quick if you’re not paying attention, which took me by surprise, as I somehow originally thought it would take longer to heat things up. It’s very simple, efficient and does the job well. It also is very easy to clean and take things apart.
