It instantly elevated the entire look of my kitchen. Cooking performance: Ridiculous (in the best way) No-Preheat Air Fry – This is witchcraft. I’m talking perfectly crispy wings, fries, brussels sprouts, even salmon skin, in half the time of my old countertop air fryer, and no extra appliance taking up counter space. Zero preheating needed. Throw it in, walk away, come back to perfection. True Convection – Bakes evenly like a dream. Multiple trays of cookies come out identical, roasts get that perfect crust, and I’ve never had hot spots. Power burner – The 21,000 BTU tri-ring burner boils water stupid fast. I can sear a steak restaurant-quality on the grates. EasyWash™ Oven Tray – I was skeptical at first, but this is genius. Big messes (lasagna spill, pizza cheese explosion)? Just toss the tray in the dishwasher. The oven itself stays shockingly clean. I’ve used it for months and haven’t had to self-clean once. Everyday usability The continuous grates make sliding heavy pots a breeze, the oval burner in the middle is perfect for griddles, and the control panel is intuitive (no weird menus to dig through). The storage drawer is huge too, fits all my sheet pans vertically. Minor nitpicks (because nothing’s perfect) The knobs are a little clicky/loud when you turn them, but I actually like the feedback. The air fry mode is a bit louder than a countertop unit, but it’s an oven fan, totally expected. Verdict If you cook a lot, air fry regularly, or just want an oven that makes your life easier and your food better, buy this range. I paid full price and have zero regrets. It’s replaced my air fryer, toaster oven, and made me actually enjoy cleaning the oven (who even am I?). GE absolutely crushed it with the GGF600AVES. Best stove I’ve ever used. Period. Highly, highly recommend.

What I really like is the the griddle is also a heavy cast iron and will last. It also has a grate that fits in the griddle spot for when I want to use that area for pots. I would recommend this stove to everyone that likes cooking with gas.

It's pretty, but also efficient. Preheating the oven to 350 took under 10 minutes this morning (more than half the time of our old one. Love the take out feather for the bottom in the oven. Looking forward to using the air fryer as well. So far, no regrets!

It's a little bit of a chore to switch from natural gas to propane but by taking my time I got it right the first time. Really can't wait to cook a lot with this I just got it been in for about 3-4 days and heats up really fast.
