Great value for the money

We bought it to replace our old garage refrigerator, and I like this one better than the fridge I have in the house. It's nice and big with all kinds of helpful compartments and it seems very well built.

Back to the basics
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third refrigerator I've had to purchase in the last 17 years. The other two were a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator and a Samsung french door with freezer on the bottom. The last one had dual ice makers and they both went out quickly. That is why I went with a basic no frills refrigerator with this purchase. I LOVE the capacitiy of the fridge and freezer. The shelves are nice and can fit lots of things inside. You can store drinks (gallon milk, etc..) in the door but you dont have to like I had to with the previous refrigerators. I am very pleased with this purchase and have recommended going back to the basics to everyone that I have talked to. It seems everyone has issues with refrigerators nowadays. I'm hoping this GE will stand up to the reputation of the brand from in the past. I would highly recommend this model to anyone looking for a new refrigerator.

Great refrigerator for the garage.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only problem with the Garage Refrigerator was that the leveling legs were only in the front and not in the back. The concrete ledge I put the refrigerator on leaned to the left. The coating on the outside of the doors was a problem to remove around the door hinges and the freezer handle. The unit is working well on both the refrigerator and the freezer.
