EVERYTHING I was looking for in a refridgerator!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to replace our garage refrigerator. We live in Florida so the temps the appliance is subject to are greater than the inside fridge.
This is a garage ready fridge!
Ample room in the freezer-we did not add the icemaker , however that is an option we can do in the future!
We cook 99% of our meals at home and from scratch so having that extra fridge was important.
We loaded it up. We currently have a huge stock pot with fresh turkey soup to now prep.
We store all our dry goods (flour/sugar/oatmeal etc) in the fridge because of Florida bugs.
I dry brine steak overnight and there is plenty of room to lay that out. The door shelves are fabulous-roomy!
Very well laid out will fully adjustable shelves! We can move shelves around as needed.
We installed it and it was cold within a couple hours.
I like the energy efficiency rating.
The product is as described. VERY HAPPY!
It is a 10/10.
The ONLY minor thing I would have liked is to have the fingerprint resistant texture vs the smooth texture.

Amazing Refrigerator!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is amazing and has great features. The space is great for fitting gallon pitchers, milk, or juice. The freezer gets extra cold to keep food frozen. There are 5 temperature settings each for both the freezer and the fresh food. I would recommend this refrigerator to others and buy again.

Works for me!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a good size for my apartment. The top door slides from right to left, and there are options to alter shelf height. Also, items don’t fall thru the. freezer door shelf. This way it doesn’t impede cooling because you think the door is shut, but a little packet has slipped through and just keeping it from being closed. I chose capacity over ice maker. So far, no problems.

used as garage refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity design and features where exactly what was needed. I needed a true garage refrigerator that would stand up to temperature fluctuations and so far this refrigerator has done a great job. It is louder than my kitchen refrigerator but obviously it's in a garage so that's an irrelevance. GE has done a good job with the refrigerator and there's no reason for fancy controls and digital displays.

Roomy, Efficient and Perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched a few comparable models and brands before deciding upon this 21.9 Cu. Ft GE model GTS22KGNRBB top freezer style refrigerator. I am really pleased with the HUGE freezer space. I also love the clear freezer door pocket shelves. It makes it easy for us "shorties" to see what is in them. The lower refrigerator part is also spacious and love the adjustability of all of the shelves and door pocket shelves. One of the deciding factors for this purchase is that this model offers a "Deli" drawer while no other major brands of the same size included one in their designs. Even better is that the Deli drawer is horizontally adjustable in position from center or either side. Way cool! I was not aware until after I purchased this refrigerator that the lower door has a small pocket shelf that is only about 2 inches in depth. What a great idea for tiny things that will otherwise clutter the other pocket shelves. I am already in love with this GE refrigerator from Day 1. Also, the price was perfect!!! Thanks GE, you made my life easier!

Great Big Refrigerator

Two months of use, works well
Like the use of space inside. One issue is that the door doesn't close automatically or as reliability as our previous fridge. One has to be a little more careful to make sure it closes.

Nice looking refrigerator we bought black .
Very nice product, we had a GE side by side for many years, and it stopped working, we decided to down size because only two of us. It was delivered and sat up and has been running smoothly since, you can hear the unit working and it’s cooling nicely. We’re using unit as inside of the house as our home refrigerator, has good shelving, we have plenty of room for getting ready for Thanksgiving coming up next week. We bought the icemaker with the unit as well, it’s been over 24 hours since unit was installed at the house and everything seems to be working very well.

Great Garage Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an Admiral refrigerator in our garage with a new GE refrigerator. So far, it is working great in a cold garage. Throughout the winter the freezer in the Admiral would thaw and refreeze resulting in ruined food. The new GE has been maintaining freezer temperature below 10 degrees F.
