Great looking and super functional!
I really like the style, metal finish, and organization of my GE Side by Side Refrigerator. Magnets now can placed anywhere on the doors but still with the classic stainless finish. It is actually my third one (due to being in different homes). The large crescent shape ice cubes and size and crushed ice are great. Temperature control in the freezer and refrigerator sections are very stable. My parents had a 1956 GE refrigerator that lasted 28 years and I have continued the tradition.

Well-Built Quality
This refrigerator is well built and sturdy and looks very sleek. The lighting is very bright. The freezer is very roomy - just wish it had another bucket or shelf at the bottom. I love the ice maker. It makes ice very fast and the perfect size. The ice dispenses from the door very fast. I'm glad it is quiet since it is so close to my living area. I did a lot of research before buying and I'm very pleased with it.

Great capacity, reasonably priced
The refrigerator is really everything that I expected and more. It’s got great capacity. It’s very nice looking. It runs quietly and was a really great price. Added bonus - I’m pretty sure GE makes most of the refrigerators in the US.

Honeymoon Stage
We have only had this side-by-side for two days, so we’re still in the “honeymoon” stage. Love the LED lights, so bright! The only thing that is a new learning curve are the doors, they don’t close on just a “push” like our old Frigidaire. These doors literally have to be pushed closed, and make sure of that, just the little bit open and you’ll find condensation on everything! But I think we will really love this appliance. Hoping it last longer than our Frigidaire which lasted five and a half years and the compressor went out!!!!

Door compartment
The shelves came with the fridge and the instructions were kind of clear, but not exactly. The instructions labeled each shelf door compartment as letters, but the shelf itself doesn’t have the letters on them so you’ll have to just figure it out yourself.
Also my model did not come with a slide out drawer, but my previous GE Side by side style did have it. It was my fault for not noticing. I also wish it was an Energy Star fridge to save me some money in the long run.
Other than that, I’m happy with my fridge and expect it to last me at least 10yrs.
