Love the ease & efficiency of this appliance!
We bought this washer/dryer combo for our basement apartment. It's compact, quiet, & easy to install. It doesn't need a vent for the dryer, which really helps our venting system. It can hold a lot of detergent & works well to keep the clothes clean. Easy use for filling before heading to work, then all clean & dry long before getting home.

We originally purchased a Whirlpool combination washer / dryer it was horrible condo use operations manual just as confusing awkward to clean and lint all over the gasket and drum every time we used the dryer. It really needed to go back to R&D. It was a mess. The appliance store where we purchased it agreed We choose the GE Profile combo unit and we could not be happier. Easy to choose options. Wash dry cycles work seamlessly clothes are dry when finished. Just give them a shake and you’re all set. And of all things it has a lint screen that captures all the lint. The gasket and drum are always spotless. We will be back in a few months to buy several more GE Profile appliances because we are in the process of building a smaller home for us

Great machine
We chose this machine after a year of research and are NOT disappointed! (We didn't' want a vented machine onto our porch). Easy to setup, easy to use, great app, detergent & softener dispenses efficiently, our clothes are much cleaner. Noise level is lower than our other machines

Awesome All in one
Wow, love this appliance. It's bulky but takes up less room. It's a heat pump so no vent and uses less water and electricity. It gets the clothes clean and does a good job about it. There are lots of features to the washer and dryer. If you get the app it will tell you when your close are ready to be folded.

Reliable
Bought it about a week ago. So far so good. Extremely satisfied. I am able to wash and dry my King size comforter. It’s spacious. Love the fact that I don’t have to run and throw my load in the dryer and the Smart Detergent and Softener Dispenser Feature is a PLUS . It’s all in one. I downloaded the app the very first day. It’s very important to clean the filter after every load. Always
clean the rubber gasket behind the door.

Love it!
Love it so far! We needed a new energy efficient washer. And loved the idea of going with an all-in-one. It's truly set it and forget it! You don't have to worry about wet clothes going moldy if you accidentally forget to switch. Does huge loads, it's quiet and fits perfectly in our space.

If you ask me you should just buy one
Had an LG before this, - night and day diff. Love this machine, the pet hair function actually works very well, we have set it to 30 minutes and that seems to work perfect. The filter is on the top in front and easy to clean. The smart dispenser is so much more convenient. It is huge, love the light in the drum. I have never had a bad GE product, but this is the best one I've ever had 11 out of 10.

GE home products are Phenomenal!!
The machine is phenomenal so far, we have been able to catch up on all of our laundry since our previous machine from another competitor broke down. It’s very quiet for the most part, and don’t ever hear it running and we are able to fit large loads of clothing which has been very helpful! It fit just perfectly in our laundry room, was not too big to fit. And all the cool options the unit features has given us the opportunity to properly keep our laundry in tip top shape! All praise to GE for such a wonderful product!

A must have!
This machine is amazing! Once you try it you will never go back. I was very skeptical at first but this thing has seriously changed my life! Set it and forget it. I never have to worry about switching over laundry again and with the app for extra control it makes this a no brainer. It washes and dries extremely well and the clothes come out amazingly clean. It holds a large amount but I would certainly advise not overloading it if you want your clothes to fully dry. It takes up barely any room and frankly I am considering buying another and putting them side by side. It’s a little noisy but really no more than any other washer/dryer I have had. Also the fact that it doesn’t need to be vented and only requires a 120 volt outlet really puts this over the top. This is a must have!!!

everything I had hoped for
Many practical features including a quick cycle and second rinse and both timed and sensor drying options. Great to have an all in one - fit well in the 1st floor bathroom - just had to replace the 48" vanity with a 24" inch and we had plenty of floor space for the unit (27") and easy hook up to exiting plumbing, no dryer vent hole needed, and used a regular gfi outlet already in the bathroom. Short cycle wash (37 minutes with extra rinse) cleans clothes well. Heat pump dryer takes a little more time than old fashioned units, but nice to have clothes that are not over dried and shrunk. Washer spin settings great for fully ringing out laundry in prep for clothesline drying.

Great Features
Installed 6/3/25. Did 3 Cycles. Smart machine, quite, convenient, wash & dry, a little damp after the cycle but i think i put a little over the load capacity on the first load. Added extra dry (15mins) and it works very well. Overall satisfied so far, i hope this machine will last longer.

Why did I wait so long?
Absolutely love the combo washer/dryer. While it is bulky compared to a standard washer or drier, it does save a tremendous amount of floor space. The feature of auto dispensing the detergent is so convenient. Literally, toss in your clothing and forget about it until it’s done. And, you’ll know when it’s done because you get a text to your phone. SO easy!!
