Our last machine started off with a software issue, then a large part issue all before 2yrs. old. The 5 yr. ALLSTATE warranty we purchased was well worth it. Hopefully this machine will last alot longer.

I misread the description and thought I was getting the automatic dispensing option, but still like that there are different slots for different detergents. It does occasionally get off balance with heavy items like bath rugs, but it usually balances back out pretty quickly. Gets the clothes clean, and you don't have to deal with the mildew smell of a front loader. Plenty of space for bulky items. Pleased with the purchase so far!
