New Washer
I've never had a washer with no agitator, so I had a period of adjustment to learn how to place the clothes. A service person came to check out what I thought was a problem, and he explained out to load the washer and told me larger loads worked better than small ones. He was very nice and informative.

Awesome Washer!

Features we wanted
Our washer which was left here by the previous owners broke so we decided to get the same but newer version since we were satisfied with it. We walked into the store and saw this one that really had a number of features we wanted and just a couple of hundred more than the one we were going to settle for. When we got home, we looked at the reviews and thought, OMG should we cancel the order? we saw it was noisy, it was bigger for our space (but could fit if we made some adjustments), smelly cloths, doesn't clean as well. I have to say we have not found any of the complaints made true for us. We love our washer. we wanted the matching dryer but it will not fit in the space we have in the laundry room.

Great washer and style
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new top loader GE washer. Lots of room in the washer! Very quiet when in use. So far so good when washing the clothes, etc. they spin out great and clothes are clean. Good selection of different cycles to use.

Very happy camper! This machine is fantastic!!
I'm old school for the most part. That being said, I absolutely LOVE this machine. I've had it for a few weeks and the only complaint I have is the noise while sensing and locking. It is great for washing king size blankets and comforters with room to spare! Once I was familiar with the controls, I was off to the races. The selection of things you can control is fantastic.

Fast and efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the large capacity drum. The controls are easy to start the washer. The cycles are much faster then my previous washer. The washer is at times noisy especially when washing blankets and pillows. My clothes come out clean and smelling good unlike my front load washer.

Skeptical , at first and satisfied customer now
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has a large capacity—I can easily fit comforters, pillows, and anything else I need to wash. I was initially skeptical about using a machine without an agitator, but everything comes out clean.
The only downside is that it gets off balance fairly easily, and it takes a bit of effort to get it back in balance. However, overall, the washer is quiet, and I love being able to choose the cycle I want.
My favorite feature is the control panel. I like being able to see which cycle it's on and how many minutes are left.
