Love, Love, Love my new GE Washer & Dryer!!!
Let me start by saying, I have never purchased a major GE appliance. I was a diehard Kenmore appliance user. Now with their brand basically being defunct, I had to look for a new brand & I wanted a good brand. I went online and looked Good Housekeeping's & Popular Mechanic's reviews. Both listed my new GE Washer & Dryer as their #1 pick. After just 3 washes, I can see why! My last W/D set was purchased about 15 years ago. We had to replaced/repair the washer pump once before & I think that was the issue this time. Not wanting to waste money on repairing an outdated set we choose to replace them both. I love the setting which are very user friendly in telling me based on the load what to select. I love the detergent reservoir so I don't have fill it for each load & guess on the right amount of detergent. The antibacterial door seal is a feature I am sure to love as time goes on. I also like the vent system option for insuring that my washer dries properly & doesn't get a funky smell or mold. The 5.4 cubic feet size drum ensures I will never have to worry about washing my big down comforters ever again.
Now the dryer also stole my heart with the steam/anti-winkle cycle which has proven outstanding in ensuring my clothes should never need an iron touch up again! I am not one for reading manuals so the only issue I have had with the dryer is trial & error on getting it to dry longer for my mattress pad. I think I have it figured out now...
The only down to either appliance is the washer seems to make more noise than my last set. I really don't care because my new set is off in the utility room and the door can be closed if it would bother me. I highly recommend the new GE steam vented washer & dryer set. You will love them too!!!

Perfect Choice
Loving the cycle setting and how well this combo works. Energy efficient and my cloths are whiter and in better condition than with my Bosch. My daughter is now choosing the same set. Love it!

Large capacity and easy to operate
For first impressions, we’re happy with the purchase. Very quiet operation, large capacity, it fits a king size comforter. We only need to run fewer cycles to do all our laundry, saving us on electricity. The automatic detergent dispenser is also a cool feature. I tried linking it to WiFi but have not been successful. It may need an accessory which is not included with the unit.

Capacity, performance, features galore !! I love, love this washer so far and am praying it lasts. First things first, this washer is HEAVY so if you plan on moving it yourself, DON’T!! Hoping this means it’s durable as I have no complaints thus far. We used the level and again be sure you have 2 people ( one to push at the top of the washer to ease the weight off the adjustable legs and the other-will adjust the bolts using a wrench with ease!) once level the washer is super quiet. I love that you can add extra water to the load with the touch of a button or extra soap. The rubber seal does catch a LOT of hair so be sure to clean this often. The vent cycle takes quite some time but does efficiently dry the inside to prevent musty odors. The spin cycle is exceptional, it has cut drying time by 35-40 minutes depending on load size.
Great all around so far so good and so far we are more than happy with our purchase. Hoping to add the dryer soon!! I most definitely recommend this washer!!!

Absolutely love this machine. Great color. Large capacity handles our heavy loads. It's super quiet. And had many features t hat make laundry chores very pleasant. The front loader makes it very efficient. The smart cycles allow you to tailor the wash to the job at hand. The performance of this unit make it a top choice

Great Features!
This washer meets all of my expectations and more. The capacity is great to do extra large loads or bedding.The dry vent feature really helps on keeping the mold growth down unlike others. I absolutely love this product.

Had a previous Ge top load which inspired this purchase. First time with a front load but so far so good. I love the capacity of this machine, and the variety of cycles. I also like the vent function which removes the water out of the machine after use. In addition getting notified on my iwatch or iphone when a cycle is done is very convenient. My clothes smell clean again.

GE Profile is very efficient and a lifesaver. Great capacity, I have a California King size bed and washes my comforters with ease.
Very little noise. You can download the app on your phone and it let's you see when washer is done. After the washing, it let's you remind you of the Ultra venting, it draws the excess water from the machine to avoid musty odors, but my recommendation do dry the door and rubber parts after you finish washing.
Overall great machine.
Well worth the price.

Go with a Profile
This washer replaces a 2 year old GE washer that we absolutely hated. It was the 550 model and was extremely noisy from the start. Having had Profile washers in the past I did not realize how much better the Profile is over the less expensive models. This washer is quiet and seems to work very well so far. Capacity is plenty big for even bulky bedding and it has an abundance of nice features for various needs. Having only a few weeks, we have no complaints.

Much more heavy duty than the last LG
so far a great machine 5.3 ft.³ much bigger than my last one. I love the features of the ultra fresh event system so I’m about to leave the door open. I love the Auto detergent injection system for you pick how much detergent and add to itself you just filled the dispenser one time up to 50 ounces And not spilling soap every time it washes clothes quick but does a very good job of getting them clean it’s a quiet machine. Does a much better job than my last unit which was an LG. I will stick with GE from here on out. Quiet and heavy duty.

Convenience and Savings!
We love our new GE Profile Washer. It's a big step up from our previous machine from another company. We love the auto-dispenser of detergent. It makes it so much easier to start a load of wash. It's also quiet compared to our previous machine and spins out more of the water, making the drying cycle shorter, and saving us money by reducing the drying time. We also love the bigger capacity, enabling us to wash a king size blanket and saving us a trip to a commercial laundromat. We Love it!

We love our new machine
This thing is so nice. It fits our king comforter. The wifi feature is amazing. It is so much quieter than our last one. And the clothes just feel cleaner after. Like it just gets more of the skin oil off. I am so happy with this purchase. We've only had it a few days, so hopefully it doesn't break a lot like some fancy new things can. But so far so good.

Super cool fit and function
After 23 years of daily active indoor use and two household moves from high altitude arid to tropical high humidity coastal environment or old matching high performance GE Profile washer unit started to fail us with signs of plastic drum seal components
separating and damaging knits and
Dri-fit materials, with limited domestic parts available the choice was obvious.
GE Profile ultra fresh vent Sys.+ and matching GE Profile steam cycle dryer. The features required by our active lifestyle and functional familiarity need was simply wide front loading, high capacity, ease of use and cleaning of cleaning products dispensary tray, various load functions. The new super cool looking matte blue units look great next to the BMW in the garage laundry, but even more they have more functions, speeds and variety of time and temperature. Also noise is half of older units. We like the steam functions but took awhile to adjust saturation levels relative to our ambient 75% humidity. Have yet to utilize full WiFi features on data devices. Hopefully we will receive another 23 + years from this set of GE Profile products.
