Love it! Loads of options in a right-sized package
We love our new GE washing machine! It's quiet, takes up the same floor space as our previous one but can accommodate larger loads. It's quiet, gets our clothes clean, I love the automatic laundry soap dispenser, and it has great cycles. I love the venting feature, that helps keep the inside clean! Also, it was one of the only washing machines where we could switch the direction of the door. This was a very important feature for the layout of our laundry room!

Perfect size and cleans thoroughly
This cleans well. We use heavy soil and high spin. Seems to use more water and spends a lot more time cleaning. Comes out great!!

Great Washer.
This is a high capacity washer. We enjoy having all the features including wifi. It is reasonable quiet except on spin with light loads.It does a great job at cleaning our clothes. It also alearts us when it is done so we can move the load to the dryer.

Finally, clean clothes!!!
Great size and capacity for king comforter. Clothes are cleaned much better than my last machine, the Maytag Bravos. This machine also uses much less water BUT the clothes are tumbling on fins, not sitting there barely moving. I haven’t tried all the features yet, there’s so many options. Wish I had purchased a front loader the last time. Quieter and I don’t get that off center clunking noise a top loader has.

Nothing to complain about at all
I’ve had the washer for two months now and absolutely love it. It is super efficient with a large capacity. I am able to wash down comforters bedspreads pillows… You name it. There are a variety of cycles to choose from including steam and sanitize, which works perfect with pets. The noise level is perfect. I barely hear it running in our laundry room with only a bifold door closure. The smart dispense laundry detergent capability is also a bonus, especially when I have teenage boys running the washer. All they need to do is throw the load in and choose a cycle and go. You can fill up to 50 ounces of laundry detergent and it will signal you when you are within five loads with a countdown. Hoping it lasts a lifetime because I am in love with it!

Awesome features
I recently got the GE Profile Mega capacity washer and dryer, and I’m really happy with them. The capacity is amazing—perfect for big loads and bedding. There are plenty of cycle options for everything from delicates to heavy-duty items. I love the smart features, especially the washer-to-dryer link and app controls. They run surprisingly quiet, even during the spin cycle. Overall, great performance—clothes come out clean, fresh, and dry every time.

Great washer and dryer with large capacity.
I have only had the washer and dryer set for one day but have washed 9 loads of laundry. They are clean and the washer has a great spun cycle leaving clothes nicely spun out. The dryer works great and is much faster than my old Kenmore

Genius drain access, quiet, intuitive settings
We’ve been skeptical on front loaders for a long time, but when our top loader died we decided to make the switch. It’s amazing how big the drum is! It’s quiet, easy to choose the settings, and most importantly we aren’t losing socks or having clothes caught on an agitator! My favorite feature is the front access panel to remove clogs, so if a baby sock does get sucked in, we can remove it from the drain tube without pulling out the entire machine. Genius!

Washer installation went smoothly. I had purchased the accessory kits that were necessary for installation, including things like water supply lines, power cord, exhaust venting, etc. Unit is quiet and solid.
