This frig is exactly what we wanted...the wi-fi notifies us if the temperature is not right, the automatic water dispenser is out front on the door, easy access to the contents and great lighting. The middle meat/beverage drawer is used constantly.

Very attractive and spacious.
Purchased this refrigerator/freezer recently and I am still getting used to its conveniences. This model has a door within a door feature. Choosing which door to access the refrigerator requires you to remember where you placed certain items within the box. This may not seem like a major task, but it does require you to remember which door to open to retrieve what you want. Otherwise, choosing incorrectly decreases the efficiency of the unit. Aside from the learning curve, I like it and would recommend it to potential buyers.

Very nice fridge
This fridge is amazing. I love the LED light panel, so the whole fridge lights up instead of a couple of bulbs that blind you and cast shadows. Works great runs quiet very happy so far, And this smudge fingerprint print free feature really works

Love all the features
We have had this fridge for a couple of weeks now and love the French doors, hidden door, lighting, automatic sensing water dispenser, extra drawer and freezer drawer. The only thing I have found that I do not like is the plate where glasses sit for water and ice scratches easily and water stains. Otherwise, we are very happy with this product, so far.

This frig is a huge upgrade from my old side-by-side which came with our house. Love the French door style, stainless steel, 27.5 cu. ft. of storage is great, the ice maker and inside water spicket. GE is a tried and true brand and I have no worries about the quality of the product.

Spacious plus a lot of extra features
We had another brand refrigerator that ice maker stopped working after 10 years so…..Did a lot of homework before buying and this model is great. Actually had features like water dispenser with sensor to fill a cup while you let go and cook some eggs, lol. Quality in construction and all the great space and features I really hope it lasts as long as our other refrigerator because I am spoiled with this one.

Smooth Sailing
Great features! Just gave an older Profile model to my son. It is almost 10 years old and still running fine. I am hoping we will have the same luck with this one! Did have to call service today due to seeing a dent in the side of the door after the delivery people left. They are very pleasant and efficient. We have a date to install new door set up. The delivery team was fantastic! Hard installation due to having to remove doors and close quarters for install. We could not be happier!

So far so good. Refrigerator was delivered two weeks ago and within 24 hours it was running at temperature it was set to. Love the features.
I had ordered this same model and it was delivered 5 months earlier and after 12 +service calls they finally replaced it as they could not figure out why it would not cool consistently below 40.

Are the doors and drawers removable on this refrigerator?

Our middle drawer does not open.....it appears to be stuck. Anyone else have this problem. Of course it is the weekend and PC Richards service dept is not open until Monday!
Please check that there is not clear tape holding it closed. Most drawers come taped to stay secure during shipping

does this refrigerator require hook up to water supply or is it a plumbing free refrigerator?
If you want to use the water and ice dispenser you’ll need to hook up to water. And you DO WANT those features. I love, love my refrigerator however I have to have service in because the door alarm keeps going off when all doors are securely shut. As a matter fact my stove and dishwasher also seem to have a mind of their own. Each randomly . I’m getting all three of them service this week and I’m just praying that the Issues get resolved. It’s been less than a year!! That’s what you have to worry about with all the technology and computer components to appliances. The more technology the more problems…
