This suite of patented hardware and software technologies delivers an engaging and completely unique picture that can only be delivered by Hisense, Mini-LED is the latest breakthrough in backlighting technology. By utilizing LED's that are significantly smaller than traditional LED's we are able to use many more LED's to create a bright image that distributes the light more evenly for a uniform image across the screen. In addition, because of the large number of Mini LED's, we are able to employ advanced Full Array local dimming technology to precisely adjust the LED's brightness in both dark and bright areas of the picture creating greatly improved contrast and producing an unmatched viewing experience in all room environments.

Awesome gaming experience

I played Red Dead Redemption 2, Call of Duty online & FIFA on Xbox using this U8K TV and IT WAS AWESOME! The graphics and color quality are amazing. True black, true white, and everything in between. I then learned the gaming is so smooth and responsive because of game mode and the 144Hz refresh rate. If your a gamer, this is the TV you want.

Wow! Great TV for a great price!

Amazing MiniLED TV!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been researching MiniLED TVs for several months and read all of the positive reviews for the Hisense ULED line up. I pulled the trigger on the top of the line 65" U8K as soon as it became available and I could not be happier with the performance. We use this TV to watch movies, sports and for gaming and it performs flawlessly in each area. With tons of local dimming zones, Dolby Vision and HDR10 support, the black levels and contrast are amazing. The bright colors really popped during Guardians of the Galaxy.This TV is extremely bright and has very accurate colors which is great for watching sports in my family room which gets direct sunlight.Finally, for gaming, my son said a 144Hz native refresh rate was a must. He has been extremely impressed with how smooth and responsive the TV is with console and PC gaming. No matter what you throw at it, this TV exceeds my expectations. Highly recommend.
