A new start
I have an older computer that started to have trouble with it's wifi driver. Going online is necessary for me because I am unable to go out to do things I need (pay bills, buy groceries, etc), so I needed to get a new computer. I have used HP computers before and that's why I wanted an HP for this new one. This computer set up quickly and easily, it's fast and was very affordable. I hope to have this one for many years to come. . .

Great product.
I like the color and the performance is exceptional. HP has always been my choice when I’m in need of a computer. Also, this my first time purchasing a laptop so I’m excited to see all the cool things I can do with it.

The laptop is cute. It is potable to carry everywhere.
I like the fact that it has Microsoft office. It's slow. I use it for browsing and school work.

She's decent!
Had a little less RAM than expected but that was a user error on my part. This is a really good sturdy laptop and has a lot of great features that I enjoy using. I bought it to replace my previous hp laptop that had a hinge blowout and it does its job well enough.

Techinical issues
In middle of watching something it starts to hum very loudly, can't stop it until it stops in about 30 secs. Volume stinks. Can hardly hear anything.

I got what I paid for.
My HP laptop was not an expensive one. It runs Microsoft pretty good just not fast. It takes a minimum of 3- 4 minutes to start and before I can start any work. If I open up multiple windows that's when it really slows down further.

No backlit keyboard, the mouse pad is not very responsive and unreliable, lag and force close
Backlit keys better mouse pad faster smoother operation

This laptop sucks
This hp sucks. I cant even do homework at all, I have 2 tabs open and it will not load anything. I used to have a very old small samsung laptop, it was basic and nothing special. I got the laptop in 2018 and it is currently 2026. No matter what I did or how many tabs I had open or how much I saved and downloaded this laptop never failed me. After breaking the screen, I decided it was time to upgrade and spoil myself as I will be in school for 3 more years. But I have both laptops open at the same time with the same 2 tabs open and doing home work. My old laptop is working like a breeze while my hp keeps loading and shutting down. This is absolutely ridiculous.
