Good buy for the money
JBL never fails to impress in terms of its audio products like the JBL live beam 3 which are absolutely amazing especially since it’s super cool that you can customize everything using a tiny screen on the case , so when I found these headphones on sale , I said why not? These a re a really good buy for the money if you get a good deal and are a really good upgrade over the JBL live 660NC which I also have . The noise cancellation is amazing , the battery life is also really good too and the amount of customization you can do on these headphones is also really good with the JBL app . Honestly a pretty good buy if you want to get an everyday pair of headphones but you have can actually afford something better than the budget oriented JBL tune line of headphones .

Sound and Battery 10\10
I've had these headphones for a few days. The battery life is awesome even with ANC on. The sound and comfort are better than any other over the ear headphones I've tried. Even some with a higher price point.

Great Battery Life
I had previous JBL headphones I loved and received the Live 770NC for Christmas in 2023. They have been my favorite since. The battery life advertised holds true and I would also add that the headphones don't lose battery life sitting unused. I've had them last a month on one charge when I wasn't using them daily.

I've always had trouble finding headphones that would stay on my head, as I have a slightly smaller head. I've worn these headphones whilst doing daily household chores, running, working out, day-to-day wear and every single time the headphones were intact.
Audio quality is great as well, perfect for people who are using these headphones for daily personal use as they are comfotable on the ears, it feels like alllllmost nothing on my ears.

Amazing Headphones

However, the Tune770 are light and getting upon my head when compared to other headphones. Another unrelated plus is the long-lasting battery that lasts me several hours even if it is a quick charge.

Excellent headphones with superb sound

The ear cup fit is comfortable and well cushioned. I’ve used them for hours streaming movies, listening to music and taking phone calls with no discomfort. Great noise cancelling "cans"
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting some noise cancelling over the ear headphones for a while now, and these didn't disappoint. I have so far used them for several hours on the weekend paired to my phone via Bluetooth.
I was doing some home improvements and running a very loud shop vac nearby for hours at a time and with the noise cancelling active the noise was greatly reduced and I was able to listen to music and podcasts at a normal sound level.
Then when I wasn't running the vacuum I used the talk through feature so if my family came to talk to me I could still hear them.

JBL has been my go to for 10+ years now. Audio quality, charging, comfort, pricing, you name it and JBL has every brand beat! These especially are different in the fact that they feel suede and now slick. They are different and cool! I have VERY sensitive ears that I constantly have to take breaks from headphones or headphones just won’t work for me, but JBL I never have issues with theirs. I also have a very small head and these fit no problem!

Well rounded headphones that are easy to love!

The head strap is cushioned really nicely that it’s comfortable to wear for a long time. Additionally, these headphones feel secure when moving around. I’ve had headphones in the past that were less cushioned and caused discomfort after wearing for a while and that’s not the case with these. I love the feature of tapping the side to pause/play/skip. It’s a really convenient feature that I find myself using every time I wear them. Lastly, with all these features in mind, as well as amazing sound clarity and bass, the battery life on these headphones is not compromised at all! They really all have it all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL LIVE 770NC are AMAZING!!!! They are complete headphones; they bring everything you may need from noise cancellation to ambient sound. I was able to use the Live 770NC at the gym, and they were absolutely stunning. The battery lasted me more than two weeks. And with a single five-minute charge, I could get another whole four hours. What amazed me was that you can control everything from the JBL Headphones app, from the lows to the highs, to make your music unique to your ears. I was also able to use them in the café to do my studies, and they are astonishing; whenever I would put them on, the focus was amazing. With the noise cancellation, I wasn't able to hear anything other than my music. I would recommend them if you want some headphones that will bring everything to the table.

Great Headphones at a decent price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are great for a wide use case. Sitting at home and just want to listen to some music- fantastic. Traveling and don’t want to hear everything around you- it does that super well too! Walking around town and want to hear your music but also want to be aware of what’s going on around you? Well with a touch of the headset you can activate the pass talk through or the aware mode and you can be sure to hear if someone is trying to get your attention. The battery life is up there going the distance for about the times that they say sometimes it was longer sometimes a little less but I’m also using them in low twenty and teens temperatures. They also work great as musical earmuffs in the cold!

"These things Rock"

In addition to a 70 + hour battery charge they have a quick charge - 5 minutes gets you 3 hours when you're in a hurry. They were very easy to pair via Bluetooth, and the adaptive noise cancelling feature worked really well. My favorite feature is that the sound level is adjustable, which was a pleasant surprise. One of my biggest complaints with headphones is that they don't get loud enough for me, well just hit the "+" button and these things get loud. I found myself actually turning the volume down just a bit on my phone. Liked the flat folding feature when not in use for storage. Go from listening to music to answering phone calls almost seamlessly. Product and sound quality are what you would expect from a JBL product

Good headphones with room for little improvement.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After over a week of trying the jbl live 770 nc headphones i am impressed with how the comfort of these feel after a two hour gym session. These have amazing battery life seeing as i have been using these every day with a average of a hour and a half for 9 days and i haven't charged them at all. The ambient noise canceling works well in noisy gym environments. The sound is good for over the ear with lows, mids, and highs equally separated for balanced sound. I am not a fan of the spatial sound feature and also the touch feature on the right phone seeing as every time i went to adjust it would cause intermediate pauses even after i turned all touch functions off. In my opinion these are good headphones that i wish had one feature from the portable speaker line which is jbl connect so that multiple of these can be connected for movies or traveling so couples can partake in listening to music or watching progarams .These are great for new buyers who dont already have a older model already. In my opinion the only difference between these and the last versions of these are software upgrades with not much noticeable difference in sound. Are they worth the upgrade no in my opinion unless your older ones are ready to retire lol. On a scale from one to 10 i give these a 8.5 with room for minimal improvement.

Solid headphone offering from Tune line
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A really solid overall offering by JBL, the 770 noise cancelling headphones are the current flagship of the Tune line. Very good sound quality and tone balance for what I would consider an "on ear" headphone as the ear cups are not large enough to go over my ears. However, they are still lightweight and comfortable. Bluetooth connectivity was excellent and they are fully supported by the JBL Headphone app for iOS which allows you to adjust the noise cancelling mode, EQ, and even firmware update which is a nice supported feature for a relatively inexpensive model. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Solid, light, and great sound. Perfect balance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still have a desk job, and work from home. I wear these while working when I need to focus on larger tasks, such as spreadsheets or troubleshooting an issue. These are comfortable, with great sound. They're replacing my old pair of Synchro 300 series, which did me well. I like the wireless capabilities, and the ability to also use wires. I wasn't sure if I would like the active noise cancellation, but it really helps me focus. I didn't realize how much of a distraction household noises were until I turned on ANC and it wall went away.
Overall sound reproduction seems very clean and accurate. Highs and mid-ranges are complete, and lows seem to be right where they should be, and not boosted. They seem to be sturdy, light-weight, and comfortable. The over-the-ear cups fit perfectly over my ears. The "squeeze" level is just about right to keep them in-place without producing fatigue. I've had other headphones that squeeze a bit too tight, and they become oncomfortable after an hour or so, but not these.

Great Headset
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I removed everything from the box, everything looks like it is well made. You can either use this headset Bluetooth or there is a cable that can be plugged into your music device if needed. All I done was powered up the unit and found out the battery was charged up so I didn’t have to charge it. The ear cups fit perfectly over my ears. It is lighter then some other headphones I have. I paired it with my IPhone and my phone found it without any problems. It only took a few seconds. This has a noise cancellation ear cups to block the outside noise. I used to work in a record/tape plant and have been around quality sounds where you could hear each instrument being plaid. When I played a song I could not believe the quality sound I had. Each instrument could be heard separately in each ear cup and the singer was heard in the middle. I thought I was back at the manufacturer plant again. I can’t say yet as to how long the battery will last. I babe been playing it for several hours and it hasn’t died yet so I feel the battery will last for several hours without needing charged. It has a hands-free voice control that you can talk to either google or Alexa built in if you have an account. In summing up, this is the best headset I have used and would recommend it to anyone if you like listening to good music.

Sound - incredible what's possible from a 40mm driver. The ability to eq to your preference with the phone app is a great feature. Also, the volume will go nearly as loud as you want. Sound is definitely v shaped, but can be adjusted to your liking with the app. Bass will rattle your brain if you want
Noise canceling is superb, and the ability to change the setting on the headphones is a welcome feature. It really allows you to be immersed in the music.

Great bluetooth headphones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I really like this set of headphones. They have excellent sound quality, as I have come to expect from JBL, and the ability to adjust the settings (equalizers, noise cancelling, etc.) in the app is a really nice bonus, especially if you have a preference for more or less bass versus vocals.
One of the big advantages that I noticed immediately is that there are controls on the headphones if you want to use them and/or don’t have your phone or other device in hand when you need the controls. It takes a little bit to get a feel for where the buttons are, but I really appreciate having a button that lets me easily toggle between noise cancelling, ambient aware, and talk through. I haven’t used the others much at all since it’s easier to just adjust volume, skip tracks, etc. when listening to music from my phone, but I could see the other buttons being really valuable when being connected to other devices that are not within easy reach. Most of their basic functions are really intuitive, though it might take a while to get used to the extra controls that are available with a long press or double-tap.
The microphone on this headset is fantastic. Calls were very clear in both directions, and the over ear headset made it a little easier to block out distractions on a work call so that I could just stay focused on the business at hand. I haven’t tried making a call in windy conditions yet, so I can’t speak to that, but calling when indoors was especially clear (and the mic even picked up the bit of echo when I walked into a small room).
So far, I’ve used these mostly to listen to music while working and simultaneously walking on a treadmill desk, including all-day work sessions with only a few breaks. These stayed comfortable all day, unlike most earbuds, and also did a nice job of blocking out the noise of my treadmill to make it easier to focus. The noise cancellation isn’t perfect- a little bit of sound does still get through—but it’s better noise cancellation than I get with my best noise-cancelling earbuds and is more than enough to tune out distractions.
The leather on the ear covers is really soft and comfortable. It did get a little sweaty after a few hours of walking, but wiped off easily. I probably wouldn’t use these to work out, and they’re not small enough to easily toss in my work tote, but these will definitely be my go-to for days that I’m working from home and for when I need to tune out significant noise. These are also likely to become my airplane headphones for long international trips as well because they’ll make it so much easier to sleep.
Finally, if you’re looking at this set of headphones, you probably primarily want the Bluetooth connectivity, but it’s worth noting that there is also an option to plug these directly into a standard AUX jack. Personally, I’m going to find that functionality most useful on flights, but you might also find this to be a useful option for any device that doesn’t have Bluetooth (or for which you just won’t want to mess with the Bluetooth).

This review may get to be on the longer than the average so please bear with my to many words.
JBL is all about sound, so when these arrived at my door step, open the package, check the contents and direct to the music. First test was with semi-lossless music files using the included audio cable.. Bounced around various recordings from different eras, different genres. Then onto specific recording I am quite familiar and know well. Non-electrified instruments sounded natural and correct. Then onto electric guitars and some with crazy amounts of distortion. To my biased ears, the sounds were ever so slightly mellowed.
OK, now onto streaming music with cable attached, and a long way from lossless. Yeah I could tell a difference in the music but still more than acceptable. Switch to Bluetooth and maybe a little reduction in quality in some recordings and like no change in other recordings. Go figure! Did well on podcasts. Easy to tell who had the better recording system to make podcasts.
As a side note the box says “PURE BASS”. This references a higher quality of bass not a louder bass. Reasonably well accomplished on these headphones.
The Noise Canceling does work. And work well. I can be with my wife while she watches her TV show I don’t care for and I can listen to mu music that she does not care for. Should be interesting how well the noise cancel system works on airplane flights.
Charge the phone. Battery life unknown. Hey it is type C charging but got to wonder about that very short charging cord. Hmmmmm. But I like the orange color. And speaking of cords, included is a flat 48” audio cable. 3.5mm X 2.5mm. Some of us do prefer a hard wire connection over blue tooth. In the hands the headphones had a nice feel of quality and reasonably light weight. Gently surprised!
Now we get to my primary issue: Everything is BLACK ON BLACK. A different color for the various buttons would be nice. A subdued gray would be just fine. Just hinting. The JBL headphone app does alleviate a few of my gripes. And maybe increase the tactile feel so to find the correct button?
Onto the secondary issues: The ear-cups do not breathe well. Sweaty ears and sweaty stripe across my bald head from the band. Ear-cups reasonably comfortable and headband cushioned nice. Part of me wishes the headphones were a true over the ear and not on-the-ear. And I thought the cup size a little off. Those with smaller ears a tight fitting over-the-ear unit and those with mid to larger ears an on-the-ear unit.
I did not try to do any phone calls although the headphones are capable, simply not my style. And a button is involved. Back to one of my gripes.
When taken as a complete package the quality of sound is the winner. No, the headphones are not of audiophile level. Maybe view them as an upper end listening device for private listening.
I did give these a 5-star review. In reality it is more like a 4.63 star review. So I rounded up.
Will I continue to listen with them? Yes. Will I use the headphones frequently? Yes. Will I recommend them to friends and relatives? Yes. Will I tolerate the shortcomings? Yes. Obviously the final verdict is “YES”.
