I bought two, I tend to wander from one room to another so I use the Partyboost feature (it's just the press of a button!) and set them in the front and back of the house. The quality is amazing and they can be plenty loud. Battery life is impressive as well, I feel like I never need to charge them!

Best speaker! In fact, I went on a Vacation out of the country and my teenager nephew love it so much I gave it to him and I bought me another one when I came back. The speaker is a small beast! Download the JBL App. The equalizer option gives the speaker a major boost! Highly recommend it!

A good leap forward without going to ‘4’.
I had perhaps the original Xtreme. I had it packed away, for years, and dug it out to find the battery was only good for only about 90-minutes. The Xtreme 4 has more features than I was interested in and includes a big price tag. My point being, ‘the 3’ sounds considerably better than the prior version which has too much bottom end, for me. The simple EQ in the app for ‘the 3’ is a nice feature. Good value and built like a tank.

Amazing Speaker
I bought this personalized speaker a few weeks ago. As usually for myself, but the kids take it more often than I get to use it. Love the sound quality that comes out of it and how easy it is to connect to. We have a trip coming up in a couple months that we will use it with a couple other ones that come along with family to link them. I can’t wait to hear what multiple will sound like.

Survived 3 months of Atmospheric Rivers In NW
I have owned for about a year, love the deeper rich sound you get when putting on floor in corner! I live in Olympia, WA and we receive a lot of rain. I left the speaker out hidden in outdoor sitting area from Oct. 7th until Jan 15. We had numerous atmospheric rivers come through out region and some below freezing temps, but for most part wet and damp. I found it as I was cutting back the grasses, it not only still worked fine but was also still half charged!

I took advantage of Black Friday to buy a customized JBL Xtreme 3 Bluetooth speaker. Its product quality and sound quality are excellent.
The customized image is very finely made, colorful and clear. They helped me create a commemorative speaker that is unique in the world and belongs to me.
Its sound quality is clear and the bass is powerful, and it can perfectly present various electronic music. When it plays multi-instrument background music, I can feel the 3D sound effects and hear the layering of the instruments. But when it plays pure piano classical music, the rendering effect of the atmosphere is very ordinary, and listening to it for a long time will cause my hearing fatigue.
The only thing worth complaining about is the APP "JBL Portable". It doesn't support turning the speaker on and off remotely. This makes me very distressed. I hope JBL will upgrade their APP.
Although this speaker still has room for improvement, I think it is still the king of portable Bluetooth speakers of its type.
