Great counter depth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design! Our space needed counter depth. This unit fit the space perfectly, but still has plenty of storage space. Double, French door design makes it easy to see and access all items in the fridge at a glance. One wish: The water dispenser is on the inner left panel. This makes it easy to brush up against it when putting away items. Some water dribbles out when this happens.

Quality refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first version of this refrigerator lasted 15 years with failed (but replaceable) door gaskets and one broken drawer top being the biggest issues. Only replaced it due to temps no longer holding. So glad the same model was still available so that we could reuse the cabinet panels. Happy with the newer interior design upgrades. Over all it's been a very good refrigerator for us.

I do wish there was a divider in the pull out drawer of the refrigerator. The freezer drawers pull out very easily which is so nice as our last kitchen aid fridge did not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I purchased this refrig in Aug 2024 and held it until a kitchen remodel was complete. It was installed in Dec 2024 and we really like it. It has the freezer on the bottom, pull out drawers, and 2 wide french doors on top making for easy access. The ice maker locks to the door making easy access to cubes when it opens. It is also counter depth which fits our needs best.

Loving this fridge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our fridge for close to month now and are very pleased. I love the space in the freezer and the ice maker is great. I also love the water dispenser inside for a clean sleek look on the outside. It does drip for about a second after you're doing filling so we had to get used to waiting a second before pulling the cup or water bottle away. The crisper drawers are keeping food fresh much longer than my old fridge. All in all, very pleased! We are working through a kitchen remodel and replacing all appliances with KitchenAid.

More space than anticipated
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Kitchen Aid counter depth was a side by side. It seemed very small and items were stacked and crowded. The space is this new French door counter depth has made my life so much easier. Items are well organized and easy to find and retrieve. The water comes out cold which didn’t happen in the old fridge. I would prefer the dispenser to be on the right side however. I was amazed how easily the refrigerators came out and slid back in. And having the water filter inside is a thousand times better than lying on the floor to change!

Icemaker and water supplied by a reserve osmosis unit for great ice and cool water. Quiet operating motor system
The black stainless is not black but a dark bronze.

Love the water dispenser inside rather than on the exterior. Drawers work smoothly. Temperatures are easily adjustable. I also like the layout of the freezer drawers. Happy with this purchase. Would recommend.

Open and bright. Nothing gets lost. Evenly cools

Upon moving across country to our new home, one the first things I did was replace the existing refrigerator with a brand new Kitchenaid dark stainless, french doors without water and bottom freezer with ice maker. FANTASTIC!
