LOVE IT...BUT...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm thrilled with my new fridge. It's easy to organize my perishables and the counter depth means I don't have to "dig" to find things that I'm looking for. BUT... there are no instructions how to adjust the temp in the fridge or freezer, other than touching the icon on the door (which I bump on a regular basis). If I touch the fridge button, it only RAISES the temp and there are no instructions on how to lower it. I would appreciate any updates to the "quick start" that will help me maintain my temp settings. I've touched the LOCK for 3 seconds, but it doesn't lock, so I'm out here on a limb.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator 2 weeks now, and so far it has been a big improvement on the old one. I particularly like the layout of the shelves in the refrigerator section. However the freezer section is pretty small, and not many options for storage. This is our first one with no water/ice in door. I like the clean look this provides. Getting water from inside is not as awkward as I suspected. Only one issue I wish I had noticed before buying....the electric cord is much closer to the bottom than the old one, so I had to make other arrangements for plugging.

Quiet and beautiful refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for almost a month. It replaced a high-tech Samsung FLEX refrigerator that stopped cooling after three years of service. What a waste of money! After some serious research, we purchased this refrigerator and, so far, we are completely satisfied. Yes, it is a little noisy when getting a glass of water or when it makes ice; but, we'll ignore that all day long if it last the 10 to 15 years of service we're hoping to receive.

Good space and features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a couple of weeks ago. I like the pull-out, larger drawer that has wood on it. Roomy. I don't use the water feature much as I have an RO, but for those who want cold water, I am sure that is great.

Wonderful refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an LG that just didn’t seem to keep the unit cold and was full sized.
The Kitchenaid counter depth offers 24 cuft of space and is very attractive. We especially like that it doesn’t have the water/ice in the door adding to its attractiveness. Being counter depth has added some much needed space in the kitchen. The interior space is flexible so it can be adjusted to individual needs.

Perfect For Counter Depth

We were so surprised at how much room and storage this has. Love the adjustable shelves and door bins, large ice cube bin in freezer and love the water in the interior wall!

Plenty of Room and Light

The best part is the deli drawer….a must have. When you open the doors, there’s plenty amount of light… easy to find what you’re looking for. This refrigerator looks great too.

We were ready to contact a repairman to come get the unit repaired with we discovered this item. All is good now.

Worth the wait
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator. The color is amazing. It’s not a hard dark matte black. It’s a beautiful shade of black. I didn’t get to see the color in person (no one had it available to see). I love the roll out shelf, the wood trim makes it so elegant. The water dispenser is nicely placed on the side out of the way. The only 2 little negatives are, the shelves don’t fold down if you have a tall or large container. Secondly, the motor is a little of a loud hum. But I am so happy with it, neither of those two things bother me. Have only had it 3 weeks but definitely recommend this product. Getting the rest of the matching appliances tomorrow.

We Love It!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For perspective, we have been using a 17 CU refrigerator since we moved into our house in 2020. Our old refrigerator was the standard refrigerator on bottom and freezer on top. It was in a very awkward location in our house and the door didn’t open fully which meant we couldn’t use both the bottom drawers. It was something that drove me really crazy. I looked quite a bit before purchasing this fridge. Because we had to change the location in a small kitchen, we wanted something with French doors to limit how much swings out. And because I’m lazy, I wanted the refrigerator on the top and freezer on the bottom. I absolutely love the arrangement on this fridge. It feels roomy. Offers excellent organization. I wasn’t sure about the pull out shelf (in photos there’s charcuterie—that’s def not a daily staple for us), but it fit eggs and yogurts conveniently. I was impressed the door could hold two two gallons of milk on a shelf. We did lose space in the freezer, but we have additional freezer storage in our basement so that was less of a concern. During the holidays, I was able to fit baking sheets in to chill items prior to baking. <3 Someone on another site mentioned this fridge is loud. It does have a specific “hum” when getting down to temperature. It’s not a constant, but I can hear it when it’s on. That said, overall this was such a significant upgrade for us and we absolutely love it.

I Love My New Fridge!

My old fridge was deeper and things got lost behind other things. The water feature works well and the pantry drawer is super helpful, since I can change the temp for different items.

So Far, Blows Away the GE Profile Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Kitchenaid fridge does everything I wished the GE Profile refrigerator could do. Most importantly, it keeps my food cold in the safe range based on the temperature I set on it. The GE Profile refrigerator in my first hand experience, didn't do that. This Kitchenaid fridge makes ice great whereas my GE Profile needed to have the ice maker replaced but was still inconsistent. The Kitchenaid works as the manuals say it will. The GE Profile did not. It's a bonus that the interior of the Kitchenaid seems to have more usable space and is easier on the eyes. The Kitchenaid interior reached the temperature I set in 3 hours out of the box. The GE profile struggled to reach that temperature in spite of many service calls. Of course only time will tell with any appliance in terms of reliability. I've only had the Kitchenaid for a month. But so far, it's making us happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator looks beautiful in my kitchen and sets a lot closer to my cabinets than my last one. The platinum interior and wood- like shelf look very nice. The updated interior water dispenser is very convenient. The big door bins hold quite a bit as well as the large crisper drawers and deli pantry. The door pocket in the freezer is also a nice touch to store either frozen pizzas or small things you don't need as often like ice packs.

Love this KitchenAid Refrigerator
