Great Refrigerator

Great setup and design

Big enough for large family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] KitchenAid 30 cu. ft. Refrigerator has enough room to store everything we need for our large family. My experience with KitchenAid has been above expectations. My food is cold and the water/ice is fresh and delicious. We like having the exterior water and ice. We always had to open the freezer in our old refrigerator for ice so this is so convenient. I like the large storage space in the doors. Multiple shelves and drawers keep everything separate and easier to find items. I received a 40% discount for purchasing this item in exchange for my opinion. I love my new refrigerator.

Really nice features

Good storage location and really like the pull out shelf. Makes it easier to remove heavy items stored on the shelf. Keeps all the products stored cold.

Beautiful and functional!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is a major upgrade from my old side by side fridge. There's enough space for a whole pizza box and still have room to spare on each side! I love all the lights on the inside so nothing will get shadowed when the top shelf is full.
The slide out shelf in the fridge might be one of my favorite features. That way you can reach the back easily.
The freezer is so roomy and it even has a space for frozen pizzas. They really have thought of everything!
The color is a semi matte charcoal black color and doesn't seem to show finger prints often.
It's not only beautiful but functional and I love it!

Easy to set up. Love the water dispenser and the ive maker its a mist have in are house. Easy to adjust the temperature. I love this fridge.

Love the style, look and features

Lots of storage space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is beautiful and has a ton of space. I wasn't sure how I would feel about the bottom freezer drawer but overall I really like it so far.
Let's start with the freezer. I was worried about being able to find things but this freezer has two drawers that both have three sections making organizing much easier. I was excited to find the pizza area just inside the door until I tried it out. I could only fit one pizza box in there at a time and found that the toppings and cheese all fall to the bottom when the pizza is stored on end. Unfortunately, we no longer use this space for easy pizza storage.
The fridge area has a ton of space and is beautiful on the inside as well. I love the big bottom pantry drawer but not that I have to open both doors to use it. The shelf with the wood lining is beautiful. I love that the middle shelves can adjust independently if you want different heights or lock together for a uniform shelf. The shelves in the doors are great and the depth makes it easy to fit everything in them.
The black ore color is beautiful and would work well in almost any kitchen. The doors don't close as easily as I'm accustomed to. It has taken some time getting used to closing the doors better and double checking. There is an alarm is you leave the door open but it takes a few minutes before it goes off and it isn't loud or consistent enough to get my attention if I'm in the other room.
One thing that will leave a lasting impression was getting the protective film off of the doors. That was such a pain as the film wrapped around the edges, under the seal, under the control panel for the ice maker. There has to be an easier way.
Overall I love this refrigerator and I'm very happy with it.

Almost the same as the last one I had

Great Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the consistency of the cooling in the refrigerator section and the freezer compartment. We have refrigerator thermometers in each compartment and the temps are right on. 37 degrees and 0 degrees. That's where the controls are set. The fridge is amazingly quiet too.
The issue we have is the left hand refrigerator door will not stay open. You let go of it and it closes halfway. It also has a creaking sound too. I think the problem is the water lines leading to the door mounted ice maker/water dispenser are too stiff and will not flex when pivoting the door open. The floor models in the stores did not do this. I am going to need to arrange for a service call.

Great freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought about a month ago, very pleased with our purchase. The freezer is great , I buy a lot of frozen food and I still have not been able to completely fill it since there is so much space. It is very spacious and plenty of room. Just which it was a little brighter inside , used to the interiors being white and bright and its gray inside ,the light in the freezer is little dull but the space makes up for the light. It is very quiet ,you don’t hear any sounds coming from it. The ice cubes are little but they get the job done getting things cold.

Keeps the food cold
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this one month ago and it is still working. The refrigerators of the 1960's had better interior lighting than this model which has more light locations, but the lumens are lacking. Time will tell if the electronics last more than two years.

Nice Machine with a couple of flaws

First a considerable amount of space is lost because of the wood grained trim on the main shelf makes it difficult to put items right to the edge of the shelf. Second, the freezer drawer and pull out shelf do not slide easily. and third, the protective plastic film that was on the doors leaves a raggedly edge that looks terrible. This is because the film is installed under where the stainless meets the inner doors.

Great looking fridge with lots of space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for about a month and couple not be happier. This fridge holds so much stuff. We went grocery shopping and it still looks empty. Also the water comes out of the machine ice cold.
I will say this fridge dents very very easily. If you have kids or even pets who hit the front of it, or place a magnet on it to hard it will leave a dent which is very disappointing. Also the ice maker is very loud when filling up. Sounds like a car with a bad belt. Hence why only 4 stars.
Besides that the functionality of the fridge is still worth every penny.

Love the NO fingerprint finish!

The one complaint I have is when you open the left side and close it the right side will open and close and you need to push it closed or close it with some force in order for it to close. It runs very quietly.
