Invaluable kitchen staple for a busy mama!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome, reliable mixer! I use it multiple times weekly for dough & to cream icings and cookie ingredients. Every kitchen needs this appliance! Also loooooove the color options on these mixers, I got the buttery yellow one and it is so gorgeous in my home. My only issue has been with the standard attachments that come with it— I do not like that they are powder coated— the paint chips and flakes off over time and to me that’s not good because I don’t want paint chips in my food. Kitchenaid does however sell reasonably priced stainless steel attachments so it’s not a big deal.

Mixed dough so well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have just used my stand mixer twice, both time with the dough hook to make bread rolls. It took a bit of muscle memory to raise the head, while I scraped the bowl and returned it to mixing position. I had to remember to lock it in place! It did a great job kneading and my rolls were superb! I am not a sweet baker, so will not be doing much in the way of cakes and cookies. I am very interested in eventually getting the meat grinder attachment.

Kitchenaid mixers are Awesome

I bought my new Kitchenaid stand mixer because I started to make my own foods again. I love your mixers and they are the only ones I will ever buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used my new KitchenAid stand mixer once because honestly, I was a little intimidated, but also I was so excited! I perused the literature from the mixer and the attachments first, then I followed the directions for setting everything up. I was pretty comfortable with the setting-up of things and I know it'll become more routine and I won't have to always look at the step-by-step instructions. The capacity size of the bowl was perfect for the scones I was making. I used one of the attachments to shred frozen butter for the scones too! All I want to do is mix things up now! Clean-up was a breeze as well. I'm so happy with this mixer!

Perfect color!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new 5qt stand mixer!! I was so reluctant to buy such a space hogging machine, but so glad I took the plunge. I am making so many different breads these days and can’t wait to look up other labor-intensive recipes that I used to pass on. The color is beautiful and because of its glossiness, stains don’t show too much i.e. flour handprints. So glad I didn’t choose matte black.

A Nice Upgrade!

But after receiving this 5 quart mixer...game changer! The motor is more powerful, my whipped cream and meringues whip so much faster! I have a home-based pie bakery, so this is pretty important to me. I love my mixer!

AWESOME for sourdough!

My previous mixer, the Kitchen Aid Classic, was just not quite strong enough for the amount of bread I am making, its over 20 years old and still works like new but I didn't want to damage it so I decided to upgrade to the Artisan mixer.....WOW! What a difference! This mixer is PERFECT for my 2-3 loaves a week! it effortlessly premixes and kneads my large loaves! The motor is very quiet, no groaning from the strain. You can definitely tell the difference between the two models! Plus, Have I mentioned I am in LOVE with the color red?

Definitely the best mixer ever.

My wife and I have wanted one for a long time and I can honestly say that the mixer doesn’t disappoint. Definitely worth the purchase! Also, the attachments are fantastic. Can’t wait for harvest season for our home garden to come around. Going to make like much easier for grating zucchini to pasta making. Couldn’t be happier with it.

Exceptional performance sized for the home kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heavy & very solidly built. Resists walking, even at high speed and extended duration. Have used the larger bowl-lift model and competitors' commercial-sized models; the Artisan 5 is just sized-down to better accommodate my home kitchen. More than happy with the capacity — even doubling many larger dough or batter recipes is possible if you know what you're doing. Definitely appreciate the speed and power of the motor when mixing stiff/cold doughs, butter, etc. A workhorse!

I can make pizza dough, whip up frosting and make a cake all using the same machine and just switching out the attachment I need. And the various speeds on the machine allow me to make things quickly or over time.

Great Mixer
