[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great refrigerator, has a classy look, inside and out. The temperature is constant and the pullout drawer for platters is very handy. My one complaint is that the drawers open in two different ways, two smaller ones pull from the bottom and the large one from the top. It’s taken awhile to get used to.

We are very happy with our refrigerator
We love this refrigerator. It looks beautiful in our home and keeps our food organized and cold. It has a few small quirks but very minor and less than our previous non -KitchenAid refrigerator. We always use the intelligent water filler and the filtered water comes out cold and fresh. Wife says she loves it and that alone earns it 5 stars!!

We’ve had the 23 Cu. Ft. 36-Inch Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator in Black for a few weeks now, and it has completely transformed the look and feel of our kitchen.
First off, the black finish is stunning—it gives the kitchen a modern, high-end aesthetic without sticking out, and it’s remarkably easy to keep clean. Because it’s a counter-depth model, it sits flush with our standard kitchen cabinets for a custom, built-in look, yet the interior design is so smart that we haven't missed the extra space from our old depth-heavy fridge. Sleek Design, Smart Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid 23 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator has been a great addition to our kitchen. The counter-depth design fits perfectly and gives the kitchen a sleek, built-in look without taking up extra floor space. The Intelligent Auto Fill feature is such a convenient touch — it's nice not having to think about keeping a pitcher filled. Storage is spacious and well organized, and overall the quality feels exactly what you'd expect from KitchenAid. Smart features that actually make life easier
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for a little while now, and the feature that gets the most use in our house is the water dispenser. The auto-fill function is fantastic. Being able to set a cup or water bottle under the dispenser and have it automatically sense the container and fill it for you feels like a small thing, but it's incredibly convenient and surprisingly accurate.
It's especially helpful when filling larger water bottles because you don't have to stand there holding a button the entire time. We've found ourselves using the dispenser much more often because it's so easy.
Beyond that, the refrigerator is spacious, keeps everything consistently cold, and has a clean, premium look. Overall, we're very happy with the purchase, but the hands-free auto-fill water dispenser is the feature that really sets it apart from other refrigerators we've owned.

Our New Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, we are happy with our new refrigerator. It is consistently holding temperature and keeping all of our fruits and veggies crisp and fresh! It has less shelves than our previous model, but the deli drawer seems to be much bigger and the freezer seems to hold more products than our previous model. The pull-out shelf keeps my wine bottles perfectly chilled and it is very easy to see and reach whatever we need. It’s only been a few months, but so far we are very happy with it.

Disappointed. But hopefully will get used to it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish I had looked at this refrigerator before ordering. It doesn’t have a dedicated butter compartment like my 25 year old side refrigerator had. I really miss that feature. It was very handy. Also not happy with the bottom full width drawers. You have to hold both doors open to access them.
Also while there seem to be more freezer room, it is hard to access. It needs a 3rd drawer. Drawers are so deep you have to stack items. You can’t easily see items at bottom of bins without removing items on top. While refrigerator lighting is fantastic! lighting in the freezer very bad although I am not sure how to make it better.
The water dispenser is probably the nicest feature of this refrigerator. Just hoping it will last as long as the rest of the refrigerator.

Small storage capacity & slow water fill issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice but interior storage is tight for a family of four. Left fridge door swings back forcefully due to in-door ice storage weight. Ice capacity is small, not enough to ice up everyone’s water bottles in the morning so using freezer drawer space to keep extra ice trays as backup. Water spout takes too long to fill manually & sensor for “perfect fill” often shuts off well before the 75% fill threshold, creating a need to fill from the sink instead. Water dispenser area has a bright light that is motion sensitive & unable to be dimmed. Researched all troubleshooting options for these issues & nothing has worked. I would not recommend this fridge nor would I buy it again.

Not too thrilled
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The “Intelligent water system”” in the door works maybe 10% of the time Verydisappointing! Overall, the refrigerator is small as is the freezers. I don’t think I’d buy one again.
