You're in control with this product.
I purchased this 2 months ago. I have used it to bake 3 different cakes through out the holidays. I love this mixer, it really gives me control of the speed. I had purchased other brands but returned them. The price was right inline with the quality that you get with this mixer. I recommend this mixer.

Handy kitchen tool.
Bought this for quick mixing when my stand mixer is too big for the job. So far it has performed exactly as I hoped it would. Easy to hold but powerful enough to get the job done.

Thank you, Kitchen Aid for a wonderful hand mixer
This is my favorite hand mixer! Fits my hands well. Easy to use. Finally, a true low speed to start out in! Which means less mess to clean up when finished. Mixes thoroughly. Love that pretty green color too. Thank you, Kitchen Aid for a wonderful hand mixer!

just right for the job
I bought this because I had to whip one egg white LOL I am so happy to have a quick, fast mixer for the smallest jobs. And yes, I know I could whip it by hand, or maybe even use my stand mixer, but this was the perfect tool for the job, and I am so happy that I made the purchase

Just in time for Christmas
My current handheld was losing power and I was casually shopping for a replacement. Like all of us , I have my list of product favorites. I was thrilled to find this on sale and what better color to have for the Thanksgiving-Christmas Cookie Season than RED. I picked it up, brought it home and was thrilled with its performance. Easy to handle. Great speed selections and so quiet my husband did not even know in the kitchen whipping stuff up! I highly recommend .

Small but powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't know what to expect with the KitchenAid 5-speed ultra power hand mixer. I've owned some weak hand mixers before, but this one is a little powerhouse!
My mixer handles everything I’ve used it for perfectly. Whipped cream is effortless to make, and mashed potatoes are smooth and creamy whenever I use it. Even my favorite super-thick chocolate chip cookie dough gets mixed up nicely without the mixer bogging down. It has five speeds, which is perfect because I can slowly get things going and then crank it up for thicker batters.
The mixer is surprisingly lightweight too. My arms don't get tired even when I'm mixing up a thick batch of cookies, and it's actually pretty quiet compared to other hand mixers I've used.
The beaters are made from stainless steel, which is good because they seem really sturdy and they clean up well. It also means they won't rust on me.
If you're looking for a hand mixer that can handle pretty much anything, this KitchenAid is a great choice. It's powerful, easy to use, and fairly quiet. It's also pretty compact, which is especially good if you have limited space in your kitchen like I do.

It’s not overly loud which is nice. I’ve only used it a couple times so far but with my experience with kitchen aid products they’re usually built to last. The ONLY negative I have is I wish I could have selected the color on the product give away to be cohesive with my other appliances.

Quiet but mighty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is extremely quiet compared to what I have used in the past. I can still listen to music while using it. I was worried about it not being strong enough because of how quiet it is, but quickly realized it’s more powerful than my old mixer! It got brownies mixed in no time at all. I was surprised how well it preformed - and with no back splash! I didn’t have to whips it down after using it. I just popped the whisks in the washing machine no problem.

Beautiful and Easy to Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hand mixer is not only beautiful but works wonderfully! I used it to make brownies the first day I got it and it worked like a dream. My batter was ready in minutes. I used it for mashed potatoes today and the were silky and fluffy, just perfect! It’s so light and quiet. My toddler was able to help me! The four speeds are perfect and I didn’t get a huge slash back when I changed the speeds. Love it!

Perfect for beginners and professionals

The beaters themselves are thin and not the typical thick flat spindles. I find that the thickness allows for more batter to stay in. The bowl allows it to cut through whatever mixture you have with ease  and makes cleaning the beaters a breeze. Best handmixer I’ve ever had

Beautiful and powerful hand mixer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box, this thing is beautiful. I’m so happy to get it in red to match my kitchen aid stand mixer. There are 5 different speeds. As standard with kitchen aid appliances, this has a very premium feel to it. It’s powerful and not too noisy. I’ll report back if it craps out (I doubt it). I love it!!!
