DESIGNED AND MADE IN THE USA USING DOMESTIC AND IMPORTED COMPONENTS: The Klipsch RF-7 III speaker is a testament to the quality that Klipsch demands from each and every one of its audio products. Remember great sound? We do, too. The RF-7 III enclosure is made in the USA, by proud craftsmen in Hope, Arkansas. Just like Paul W. Klipsch (PWK) intended. NEW 1 3/4 TITANIUM DIAPHRAGM COMPRESSION DRIVER: The compression driver features a new phase plug design to improve phase coherency at the throat of the horn, resulting in improved sound pressure linearity at high frequencies. 90 degrees x 90 degrees TRACTRIX HORN: The redesigned Tractrix Horn utilizes a circular horn throat paired to a square horn mouth to further improve high-frequency response and extension, while enhancing imaging and dynamics. The compressed molded rubber construction adds high frequency damping to reduce harshness and improve detail. This creates the cleanest, most natural sound possible. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Forever fan, new experience These speakers are outstanding. I thought I understood them until I gave them sufficient power source. The bass is strong, deep, and well controlled, and the horns are smooth and detailed rather than harsh. The difference proper amplification makes is remarkable. Klipsch speakers are extremely amplifier-dependent. They are so efficient I underestimated their potential and Ive been a fan all my life. When paired with a quality high-current amp (Emotiva DR), they are truly exceptional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My search is over. I have had these about 8 months and continue to be amazed. I have had a variety of speakers for different applications over the years from us and international brands. Home stereo/theater, studio, professional, and car audio applications. Reference and non-reference systems, vintage and newer. I still use favorite examples from brands including Cerwin-Vega, BOSE, Elac, SONY, Realistic, Yamaha, JBL, Peavey and SVS. These RF-7 III speakers are something special even among Klipsch and deeply satisfying to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding! Klipsch RF7III are hands down the best audio investment I've ever made. The quality of the veneers are absolutely outstanding. The sound quality is beyond measure. I'm also the happy owner of a pair of original RF7. I've owned these since December 2024 and I must say that they sound better each time I play them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from RF-7iii👍 Bought them two years ago and love them, they’re a tank with class. Extremely well built! Run them through the new Yamaha R-N2000A receiver. Also have many other Klipsch products. Been a fan for years!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spectacular I’ve had these for a while. They’re not completely broken in. They’re absolutely beautiful and the sound is outstanding. Against some audio files advice I paired them with a pair of 8000 mark twos Where one loses the other picks up the sound is enough to put you in a trance There’s nothing more Americano Than Klipsch In my opinion

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for music too! I just set up a pair a month ago! Reminds me of a set of JBL Jubals I had many moons ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply the Best I bought 3 of these 4 years ago and I haven't regretted it for a second. They sound amazing with movies or music. I'm probably 90% music and I have yet to hit the upper limits of these speakers. They do everything I imagined and more. They are by far the best speaker I have ever owned. Period.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Beast in your home These speakers are phenomenal. Tell me the Heiser crisp and clean the mids are smooth and warm and the lows are outstanding very little power needed to run them and get incredible sound from them but at a premium amplifier and it's like turbocharging and supercharging your Ferrari. They hang with speakers three times their price range. You can enjoy these things for hours with no fatigue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from In another league altogether. OK, long story short. . . . Been through a few speakers over my lifetime from Polks, Definitive Tech, Thiel, SVS, and, thankfully, now this Klipsch. I'll spare all the audiophile hyperbole, but listening to great music and great audio gear has been a passion of mine for decades. Vinyl, CDs, streaming, etc from mostly jazz, contemporary instrumental, classical, some pop, rock, some hip hop. . . but mostly my tastes are accoustic Jazz trios, female voice, choral classical. I sent back my SVS ultras because they are coming out with new line of speakers and thought I'd wait for the latest and greatest. Found out, however, that SVS is no longer making speakers in the U.S. so went back to this Klipsch knowing they are made in U.S. All I can say, is run, don't walk. . . . this is in a whole other league than any speaker I have ever owned. They're not speakers - they're alive. In my opinion, however well intended, online reviews comparing this speaker to the SVS ultra is a complete miss. This speaker is in an entirely other league than the SVS ultras. When I mean NOT EVEN CLOSE - I mean, I honestly don't understand where certain reviewers were coming from. Having had both - SVS Ultras for about a month, and now this klipsch for a couple of hours, it is simply night and day. This speaker is so well balanced from top to bottom with dynamics to boot, but it can play the most delicate music with finesse and intimacy. In 35 years of buying speakers, I've never sat in front of a pair and had chills or border line tears with the sublimity these things play. They are absolutely effortless from hard driving Jazz like Mr. PC with John Coltrane, Gregory Porter "Free" . . . or Chamber music.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crystal clear at any volume! I've owned these speakers for about 2 years now. They are amazing! Paired with a JL audio eSub 112, they rock the house. My listening position is only about 12 feet from the speakers. I have blown away several guests with the amazing clarity at ridiculous volumes. I highly recommend them for anybody with enough room for them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clear-Loud-Sound - with Bass I purchased the RF7-iiis to replace the Klipsch RP-8000F tower speakers. The RF-7iiis can play louder (with somewhat more bass out-put) over the RP-8000Fs. - both towers can play very clear sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful sound Other than the teeny tiny you got to be kidding me rubber pads that came for the bottom, come on Klipsch, you are better than that, These speakers are incredible sounding. Obviously well made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I have a 9.6.4 setup. My friends listened to it and they are blown away. I have 6 REL Predator subs in two stacks of 3. Simply amazing. I do have the front 3 powered by an emotiva DR3 amp. I believe that’s over 450watts per channel, but I’m not positive. But I would highly recommend a dedicated amp to get the most out of these. The headroom will blow up your room and ears with distortion free musical bliss. I’m not sure if I like the rf7 ii or iii’s better. I have both. But supposedly the iii’s are a little less bright. But I like the iii’s sound also, so not sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best speakers I've ever purchased! I purchased these (and the RF-64III center) after hours and hours of research on different speaker brands. I debated about the highly acclaimed Klipsch 8000f instead of these but there isn't much difference in physical size (weight is a different story!!). I could not listen to them beforehand so I had to rely on other reviewer and dealer opinions. I could not find a bad review about the RF7III other than price so I pulled the trigger and went big. They are monster sized and weigh 100 lbs each, so be prepared for a workout! The sound is so impressive that I find myself listening to music for hours at time which has not been my practice previous. The detail in the music is alarming compared to what I was getting before. I'm hearing so many things in music that I never heard before! It's like rediscovering your music all over again. Bass is crisp, punchy and I don't know if I really need my subwoofer anymore? My wife (who could care less about speakers) said smiling, "these are so clear I can hear people walking in the background on my show, it's like being in the movies!" She has never commented on any of my speaker purchases before other than if they were pretty. Never having had Klipsch speakers before I figured it was time and now I have probably bought my last set of speakers. Another benefit is how efficient they are even at low volume. My receiver (Onkyo RZ820) can be turned down about 10db (on my readout) to be at the same volume as my old speakers (Goldenear Triton 3). I guess I should list the speakers I have previously had so there is a frame of reference to my opinion: Polk LSiM 703, Def Tech Mythos ST, Goldenear Triton 3. All of these speakers were good but not at the RF7III level, at least to my listening preference. I'm not an audiophile but I do know what I like and this is it!! I wish I would have tried Klipsch years ago. If you can swing the price for these you will not be disappointed!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sound with Emotion Speakers are currently part of a 7.1 setup front (L/C/R), surround, surround back and subwoofer - all Klipsch. Fronts are RF-7IIIs (bi-amped), center is a Synergy C-3, Surrounds are my former fronts (Synergy F-3s), Surround back (Synergy S-3s), and the subwoofer is a RW-12D. AVR is an Onkyo TX-RZ1100. When listening to music I am generally using Amazon Music HD, sending 24bit 192KHz PCM audio over HDMI to the receiver. Listening in 2.1 mode. I am certain that everyone will compliment these speakers for the thunderous low end, but what I love the most is the detail and balance - clarity across the whole range. The horns provide vibrant highs/mids and the 10s provide a depth to music I have heretofore not experienced. Flat out the most amazing thing next to live music. From classical to jazz to rock, hip/hop, and EDM these speakers handle it all with aplomb. Want some good examples. Listen to some of these to really gain an appreciation: Muddy Waters - My Home is in the Delta Etta James - At Last Fleetwood Mac - Landslide Neil Young - Old Man Pearl Jam - Yellow Leadbetter Counting Crows - Omaha The White Buffalo - House of the Rising Sun Red Hot Chili Peppers - Dark Necessities Disturbed - The Sound of Silence Beastie Boys - Brass Monkey Buena Vista Social Club - Chan Chan Rogues - Queen of Lost Scots The Moog - These City Lights From amazing vocal depth to detailed instrumentation - just all around amazing. I could add many more to this list. Have tested a few movies so far, but a few of my favorites are Transformers, The Matrix, Wall-E, and Saving Private Ryan. Bottom line, I always look forward to firing these up and just immersing myself in the audio.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I finally bought them---RF-7 III I've wanted to buy the RF-7 III's for many years now. I've been drooling over RF-7s for the last 15+ years. I finally pulled the trigger and purchased a pair late 2019. They are everything I dreamed of. When paired with an SVS SB16 subwoofer both music and movies are amazing. I love my 2.1 system.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would recommend to anyone. Period. Purchased with the RC-64III and RP-502Ss. An excellent product. I always thought klipsch had harsh highs. I bought these sight unseen hoping for the best. Turns out they have fixed the harshness of the tweeters. This speaker is awesome, really. I thought I may have issues that it's a 2 way speaker and I'd miss parts of the music but that concern was quickly nullified. I power them with a yamaha RX-V2080 AVR. Not the greatest power source for music but I have had people who heard it think the performance sounded like it was right there. For theater I can't see needing anything else except a sub. I think they would need a sub for movies. The finish is awesome. I'm so happy to go back to floor standing speakers to be furniture quality again. All in all I dont regret the purchase or money spent. Good job klipsch. So much so I'm going to purchase a set of cornwalls for the other area of my house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would recommend this product Love the speakers totally satisfied wife hates them because of their size and at high volume debris from the ceiling ( drop ) falls every where . Speakers are paired with marantz 7705 , emotiva xpa 7 , rf 64 iii center , 502s surronds , 5800c hts driven by emotiva a500 base x .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Ultimate Common Sense Dream I've had these for over a year now. I have them inverted (There's a 125" screen that drops between them). I'm always tinkering so excuse the mess, and yes it's a barn, my wife won't let me play in the house. The bass extension is by no means perfect, 1 SVS PB2000 compliments them nicely and is mandatory for movies. I enjoy them most at moderate volumes with the Denon running them flat for music and crossed over at 40 for music and 80 for movies. There really is nothing that can deliver detailed highs and the soundstage they develop. Do not short change yourself on not needing a quality amp. My Denon 6300 is no slouch at 140w, but bi amping a Sunfire Theater Grand...WOW... My Brother sold me with his Carver TFM-45 and I went a notch higher. Speaking of that test, we did a head to head in his place with his Prestige 95Fs and even he reluctantly agreed the RF-7s are the better sounding speaker...especially when unleashed. There was a little something missing in the mids with the Klips, but the detail and the soundstage missing in the 95Fs more than compensated for it. Add 9 little brothers to them for sound will put all but the best movie theaters to shame. I live in the country which is about the only place you can really let these speakers play to their potential, then again you're hearing won't last too long either.
