Great machine!

Good machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG Washer dryer tower offers quiet operation, compact design, and efficient washing with AI features. However, the touch controls can be unresponsive or tricky to use, especially Contol Lock button which detracts from its overall ease of use. Ideal for small spaces but less suited for larger families.
I have been using it for few months, it is also quite economical in terms of electricity consumption, making it a practical choice for everyday laundry needs.

Great little workhorse with one fatal flaw.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nervous about buying this machine because it had terrible reviews. But this has become the workhorse of our home – we do most of our day-to-day loads in this machine, and save our bigger loads for our larger washtower. It's super efficient, although as people mention drying takes longer than a normal dryer (I'd estimate it takes 2x).
One star dinged because this is the only washtower you can't turn off the chime on. You can change the chime via the app to any number of sounds. But turning it off is a no-go – truly silly given the drying cycles take longer and so you're more likely to run them overnight.

Its great unit, but remember when installing, there is a small tube that needs to be attached to the dryer to get rid iff additional water. If not connected the dryer will cut off every 5min. I learn thus the hard way, aside from that there are different selections for wash cycle that could cater to the time and load you want. The dryer on the other handed, you may need to increase your time to dry clothes as its electric. This unit does well with water and electric use.

Dryer is awful
Washer is ok, dryer is awful. This is a good compact unit however the dryer is awful. I literally had 3 bath towels in the dryer and after 1 hour the towels were still damp! I ended up hanging them to dry.

Dryer doesn't dry in a timely manner.
There is one major flaw with this product - drying time! 3 pairs of sockets and one small hand towel takes 2 hours to dry completely! The rest of the machine seems quick adequate. But the drying time is a killer. I wish I bought a vented dryer. This is yet another typical energy conservation dismay, giving up functionality for conservation, just like electric cars being limited to 300 miles, and electric stoves replacing gas stoves. Don't fall for the propaganda.
To LG should they respond: Does the condensate reservoir in the dryer have a water pump to pump the condensate out? Or is it gravity fed to the external drain?

It’s a lemon!
We purchased this combo in May. The dryer has been broken since July 1. Unfortunately, e.g. has sent repairman and no one seems to know how to fix it or what part it needs so we’re unable to use the dryer and have No resolution for two months. Please help.
