Great features!

Easy to use washer with great AI features

I was bit wondering if it would be confusing to use technologically advanced features and settings, but it was easy as it can be. The washer is quiet and smooth and performs as advertised. We are retired and may never utilize it to its full potential but, so far it is very satisfactory. One feature we love is the AI wash cycle as it seems to do a great job of detecting how many clothes and what type. It has also stayed mildew-free (so far) by (1) drying it out after usage and (2) running the tub wash when the app tells us to, which is a great reminder. It’s also pretty amazing to have an alert on your phone when the wash cycle is done (

I’ve been using this washer for a couple of weeks after replacing an older LG unit and I’m very pleased. Using the app for notifications, starting a load, and a friendly reminder that a load is done has been pretty cool features.

Still learning, but liking

It's been a much steeper learning curve from my previous 21-year old front load washer than I expected. I like the WiFi enabled features very much, especially the notification on the status of the machine. It's taking some time to learn which cycles to use for the types of loads I wash most often, and how to modify them for my preferences. I find it a little tedious to have to use an online user manual for information I would expect to find in the printed manual, but it's not awful. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase!

A Truly Remarkable Machine

There are a wide variety of cycles that are not on a normal machine and I use several of them frequently. The only problem I’ve had is that the detergent drawer is a little tricky to get back in ( I have arthritis in my hands so its not easy) I gave it 5 stars even with that difficulty as the machine is remarkable otherwise.

Excellent Washer and Dryer Set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We'll been using the LG Washer and Dryer set for over 3 weeks and we are very happy with them. They have a very sleek and modern look and of high quality. The controls are purely electronic and there every program imaginable. The only improvement that is required is having a customizable option to select your own washing program. We worked around this by choosing a program close to what we want and adjusting the variables although it's not exactly the program we want. I can see how having all these programs could be overwhelming for some people. But we would still recommend this set to anyone looking for a washer and dryer set.

Perfect features, price, aesthetic
I have been using our new washer and dryer set for about a month now and I couldnt be happier. My favorite feature is the AI and app integration so I can figure out what's going on without schlepping to the basement every time. I also love the height of the machines (we keep them side by side) as it is perfect for folding laundry and our future second floor laundry room fantasy of a built over island for getting through clean clothes. I wouldnt enjoy the vanity of efficiency and ergonomics just mentioned if I had problems otherwise. Certainly, everything seems to work as it should incredibly well and my clothes are super clean. We took great care in our installation and I tend to wipe them off regularly and make sure they are balanced/ whatever I need to do to ensure the longevity and remove culpability of any technical or mechanical errors. So far so good!

This is the very best washer I’ve ever purchased. The features are perfect and address all washing needs, including all the synthetic fabrics in the market. It’s easy to use and the wash cycles get my clothes really clean. I absolutely love how the spin cycles get the majority of water and moisture out of my clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this roughly 2 months ago and so far it’s been incredible! My kids love the little tunes it plays and the different splash screens you can set it to.
I personally love all the different settings and the fact the quick wash setting is exactly that, a quick wash. Definitely comes in handy when you’ve got young children who are obsessed with their blanky! I also love the in app features and being able to start the wash while we are away from home. I am running this washer everyday sometimes multiple times. We have not had any issues with this washer.
