The washer is easy to use and appears to clean clothes more quickly and thoroughly than my previous top-load washer. I've liked the LG ThinQ features as well; though I wish the remote functionality was a little more seamless. Also, I keep the washer door open after each cycle and use a towel to wipe down the rubber seals to avoid buildup and to hopefully prevent the washer from smelling bad down the road. But that's simply part of life with a front-load washer. I also like the different wash cycles and settings. It would be more helpful if LG provided additional details on each of the cycles and settings to truly understand how they affect the washer's performance. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase so far.
