Love this LG washer and dryer
I washed 6 loads after receiving my washer and dryer and getting them hooked up.
The washes does not use a lot of water so no waste there. This is a good feature since it will help to keep my water bill more manageable. My clothes smelled fresh and clean and any stains were removed with just a regular wash cycle.
I have not yet tried the steam clean option but looking forward to using that option also.
My clothes all came out with very few wrinkles and were so dry that they did not need to stay in the dryer for very long.
The spin cycle does a great job of getting the water out of my clothes, sheets and comforters.

Big difference vs our old washer

I Love Doing Laundry Again

Quality LG product
I bought the washing machine for my wife to replace her 13-year-old LG washer. Yes, it lasted 13 years. This newer model is quieter and more efficient, not as large of a footprint, but with just as large of a drum, so it's a win-win for my wife. She loves this washer and will buy the LG dryer once our 13-year-old LG dryer finally stops working.

Gets clothes clean!!
We have used this washer to wash everything from a king sized comforter, towels, active wear , dog bedding and more. This washer handled everything with ease. The AI wash works well and the 30 minute wash cyle is a huge time saver. Everything gets very wet during the wash cycle and the clothes come out feeling and smelling clean. The spin cycle does a good job so the dryer cycle time is also a lot shorter. We love the app as. Our laundry room is in the basement so there's no more guessing if the washer is done. We were so impressed with this washer that we ended up buying the matching dryer . We highly recommend this washer.

We bought this washer a week ago and so far we are very impressed. We have washed everything from athletic wear to bedding to dog bedding and everything in between. This washer has handled everything with ease. The clothes come out feeling and smelling clean. For those worried about whether your clothes will get wet enough to get clean. Trust me that is not an issue. We are so impressed with the washer that we went ahead and bought the matching dryer.

My 6 month old LG washer had the dial quit working. We had no control over type of wash we needed. about a month later I called where I bought it and was given direct LG repair number. Wow, the very patient repair tech and I over the phone repaired my washer. BAM! He was so patient with me. We did it! I've really enjoy this large capacity washer and love how it was repaired in about 1.5 hrs of teamwork!

Good machine for sure
Only used a few times and still learning the many functionalities it has except for the LG App the integrity of which remain unclear to me to this date.
The machine is effective and efficient. Has a lot of functionalities that can be tailored to suit your needs. The only two loads I just did came out very nice and clean. So far so good. Oh, and it is very quiet, you can hardly hear it working even in an open room so that is a huge plus.

What can I say but WOW. My clothes are cleaner than ever before. With the automatic soap dispenser I know the right amount of detergent is being used and my clothes smell fresh when done. It is so quiet I forget it’s running! With the WiFi connection I no longer have to guess if it’s done. Saving me trips to the laundry room to check. Thanks to LG laundry day isn’t the shore it used to be!

My New LG Washer
I bought this washer a month ago when my old one stopped spinning! I love the technology; I never have to rewash a load because the washer notifies me my wash is done AND will remind me again if it hasn't been taken out. I also love the door, it stays open so the tub can dry out between washings. On my old washer I had to hang a towel over the door to keep it from completely closing. It had started to mold. I love my new washer!

Surprised a guy who knows everything
I am so impressed with this machine. Yes, it's a machine. I discovered a washer CAN make clothes cleaner. How? I do not know compared to our other front loading washer. I also incorrectly thought that the WiFi connection was unnecessary fluff -- I was very wrong. I am actually using it. The simple best is it notifies my phone when the cycle is completed.
