Best washer/dryer ever!!
I bought this about 2-3 weeks ago after several two rounds of faulty washers from a different place. This thing is AMAZING! When I say it has space, I mean it. I’ve been able to wash pillows, blankets, and clothes and add or remove washing/drying settings via the app. Not to mention that I can start and stop the unit from the app? Mind blowing! It’s definitely a purchase I don’t regret.

Great Features and Amazing Time!
I bought this about 2 weeks ago after two other attempts of bad rounds of washers and this thing has changed the game! It’s cool that it can be controlled by the app, but the selling point was the space. I’ve been able to wash pillows and blankets and it hasn’t struggled! The special settings are also awesome. I love being able to select and add settings for washing and drying.

It looked nice, but didn’t fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found out there is video published by LG on how to take the Washtower apart for ‘delivery purposes’. I guess authorized sellers wouldn’t be willing to accommodate me with that option so I had to return the product/cancel delivery (tight space up u-shaped stairs). The stand alone LG washer/dryers don’t have the same kind of [good] reviews that the Washtower has…h3ll, the other brand I ended up having to buy doesn’t either. This sucks and it’s not even my fault :(
