Very practical features
We are enjoying the new feature with the right side door with its options. Not having to completely open both doors is a time saver as well as helps keep the interior cold. The craft ice maker is "cool" as the balls of ice last longer in a glass of liquid. It's nice to no longer have to worry about fingerprints all over the outside of the doors.

It is super easy to keep clean. The air filter keeps food odors at bay and the water filtration provides consistent fresh tasting water from the door dispenser. The middle drawer can be used as additional refrigerated space or as freezer space which comes in handy at the holidays. The double side door is also convenient for our most often used refrigerated items. And I absolutely love, love, love the ice balls option!

A Great Purchase!
Still relatively a new addition to our household. It’s too soon to evaluate reliability, however, we are extremely happy with our purchase thus far. The refrigerator is performing exactly has we hoped. It provides plenty of storage and allows us to organize contents for easy retrieval. It runs extraordinarily quiet. We really like using the center drawer to create our own “deli counter’. Kudos to the design team!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we decided to remodel our Kitchen we chose a counter depth refrigerator we shopped around and felt the LG fit our needs , at first we had to get used to the depth and how to arrange item in the fridge, but I thought being WI was a waste my wife loves th feature, I particularly like the fancy Ice mode in the bottom I like the big round balls of ice i would recommend this refrigerator to anyone remodeling

Best Ice Maker on the planet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this CRAFT ICE Maker (Refrigerator) and absolutely LOVE IT! However, I had an issue with the ice maker 'freezing' up and stalled. I called LG and made them aware of it and 'overnight' they sent me a new machine (along with a free filter) for me to install myself, which was extremely simple. (2-screws and a wire harness connection).

Love the Craft Ice Maker!

I like the easy access door where I keep my half & half and items I use the most preventing me from opening the entire refrigerator door! I enjoy having the drawer, which I use as part of the refrigerator (it can be set to use as a freezer), it's a great place for large packages of meat! I can organize my food very well in this refrigerator, it's one of the reason I selected it. We also enjoy the Craft Ice Maker, that's a step above!

I love all the new features on this refrigerator.

The space is much better than I thought, enjoying the third door, and the ice choices is great. The counter depth works out great also, we had a larger frig but this one holds more items than our old one.

Great features!

We also love the "door-in-door" feature for those items we use frequently. The ThinQ app makes it easy to know if you leave the door open and when the ice drops--just a fun feature! Make sure you measure the thickness of doors as we had to get the 2" thick doors because the 4" doors hit the side wall. LG all the way!

Great Refrigerator
We purchased this refrigerator as a replacement for a Bosch refrigerator. We are extremely happy with the design that allows us the use of 4 doors. Excellent design. Best Refrigerator Ever!
Beautiful refrigerator- plenty of room, love the extra front door, the convertible freezer or refrigerator drawer, and the craft round ice cubes, which stay cool in my water bottle all day. We’ve only had this for a short time, so can only hope it stays problem free, but so far, we are very happy with purchase, as well as our help from Jeff in the store.

Have only had a few weeks but this refrigerator is outstanding!!!!!!!!! It is so sleek and modern and has wonderful
features! Love the bright lighting inside, the storage space, the side shelf space, the door that can open 2 ways, the middle rawere that can be an extra freezer if needed, and the two ice makers!!!!!!!! One with ice balls really fantastic. Cools beautifully and looks so beautiful in our kitchen. Only draw back is tha the ice maker is rather slow but nohing to really compain about!!
