great color and picture
great color and picture. This is my second Oled and I would not change from this brand. The remote is great and easy to use. PC Richards did a great job with the install and set up of my TV. They made the process so easy. Can't say enough good things about this TV. I do have a sound bar, because I prefer this than the TV itself. But, I think most TVs cant compete with a sound bars quality.

Excellent tv. More then expected

LG really did an incredible job with this TV! Everything is fully functional and working properly. I am using the TV with PC, blue-ray player, it works great so far.

Outstanding OLED Picture Quality and Performance

Rich colors and deep black make it extremely vivid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The contrast of the rich colors and the deep blacks make the viewing experience extremely vivid. The smart features are very convenient and make hands free controlling your television easy with Amazon Alexa. It came with a free LG sound bar so the overall sound quality of the setup is excellent. My previous 70 inch LG was 10-20 lbs heavier due to being older and thicker. The new OLED 77 inch C5 is razor thin and awesome looking when wall mounted which was so easy due it being so light. The glass screen seems sturdier than the old LCD technology soft screen. I was still very scared to handle it while wall mounting it due to it being so thin but it installed great.

Amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this TV! Has an incredible picture — deep blacks, super vibrant colors, and everything just looks sharp and cinematic. Movies and shows feel immersive, and sports look smooth with no motion issues.
Setup was easy, the TV looks sleek on the wall, and the smart interface is fast and intuitive. Gaming is also fantastic with low input lag and great responsiveness. It’s a big upgrade from LED TVs and totally transforms the living room experience.
Expensive, but worth it if you want top-tier picture quality and a premium feel. Highly recommend.

Great picture quality and ease of use
Great TV, clarity of picture and colors are spectacular, very natural and clear. The remote is a "point and click" type, it takes some getting used to it but we actually like it a lot, you don't have to go through multiple steps of clicking and clicking to achieve what you need. We bought this TV on sale, so definitely great value for the money.

Absolutely beautiful TV.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got my LG C5 83" OLED—stunning! Colors pop with vibrant, lifelike accuracy that makes movies magical. Packed with cutting-edge features like seamless webOS and gaming perks. CPU feels lightning-fast so far, menus zip along smoothly. Haven't tested AI deep yet, but early vibes are promising. Sharp 4K upscaling, deep blacks, and immersive sound. Super happy—worth every penny! One caveat. I did purchase this TV during an LG promotion stating that if you left a review then you will receive a gift card back. However, I am now reading that many people are not being rewarded as they've ran out of redemption quantity. This would definitely be a changing factor and I am sure I wouldn't be the only disgruntled character since this was a big deciding factor on my purchase. A $300 "rebate" for a C5 and even a "$500" rebate for a G5 is a significant amount.

A Whole New Perspective!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this TV on Thanksgiving 2025 and As a customer, I can confidently say that the LG OLED TV has exceeded my expectations in terms of picture quality and clarity. From the moment I turned it on, the difference was obvious. The colors look incredibly natural, the blacks are truly deep, and the overall contrast makes everything on screen feel more realistic and engaging.
What impressed me the most is the exceptional clarity. Even when watching high-resolution content or fast-moving scenes, the picture remains sharp and smooth without any noticeable blur. Small details that I never noticed on my previous TV now stand out clearly, making movies, sports, and shows much more enjoyable.

Movies and shows look incredible. The blacks are actually black, colors pop, HDR content just hits different, and it really does give that “cinema” vibe. Brightness is better than my earlier TVs..
The built-in speakers are fine with good sound quality. The webOS interface is clean and fast, and all the streaming apps are right there. AI Picture/Sound modes are cool too—sometimes I leave them on, sometimes I tweak things myself.
It’s super thin and looks slick on the wall. Definitely has that “premium” vibe.

Great TV with very good picture quality and Sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered the TV on Nov 23 and was delivered on Dec 1. So, have been using this TV for about 2 weeks now. Love the picture quality and sound. TV sits on a stand in our living room. Colors are vibrant, lifelike, bright, and accurate. The ease of navigating apps and tv functions is also fairly easy to understand. On Xbox, everything feels smooth and responsive, and fast games don’t get blurry. The TV itself looks clean and modern with super thin bezels. All in all a worthy upgrade from my older B series LG OLED. Thanks.

Good viewing experience improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the LG C5 OLED for a bit now, and honestly it’s just a really good TV. It pretty much delivers what you’d expect from an LG OLED.
Picture quality:
The picture is the main reason to buy it. Blacks are actually black, contrast looks great, and colors pop without looking fake. HDR content looks especially nice, and even really dark scenes still have good detail instead of turning into a gray blur.
Gaming:
For gaming, it’s been excellent. HDMI 2.1, low input lag, VRR — all the important stuff is here. On Xbox, everything feels smooth and responsive, and fast games don’t get blurry.
Design:
The TV itself looks clean and modern with super thin bezels. It looks high-end. It’s also super thin and I guess I need to be careful to not break it accidentally.
Sound:
Could be better, but I have a sound bar so it doesn’t really matter to me.
Others:
The AI voice sounds robotic.

Amazing TV and Amazing Colors!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is amazing. Upgraded from a 10 year old TV that was starting to show it's age. What a difference! I picked an OLED because I wanted the vibrant colors and picture quality. The colors are vibrant, the blacks are pitch black. The speakers of the TV were also great, don't even need a soundbar.
The TV is also loaded with apps and buttery smooth. The C5 was also easy to setup. I'd recommend this TV my friends and family.

Great OLED Tv!

Great new features and performance!!!

The 77" format provides an excellent viewing experience...especially for zooming in on shows that are cropped horizontally (old TV format) or vertically (movie panoramic view). The LG remote control keeps getting better and more intuitive...tactile volume switch lever that allows quick mute/unmute, quick buttons to streaming, etc. Now my TV is truly a home theater.
