Super convenient & quiet!
I’m enjoying the convenience of this all in one machine. I’m still learning everything it offers. I’m glad we got the larger tub to wash our comforters!

Convenient and Efficient Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a family member of an LG employee and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG.
After using the new LG SIGNATURE Washer-Dryer Combo for about 2 weeks, I've been very impressed with the overall experience. The first thing I noticed was the sleek, premium design. It looks modern and high-end, and the interface is intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to select and customize cycles.
Another feature I've really enjoyed is the integration with the LG ThinQ app. It allows me to easily monitor cycle progress, receive notifications when laundry is finished, and stay on top of maintenance reminders. It also provides useful information if any issues arise.
The complete wash and dry process on the normal cycle takes about 2 hours, which is a little longer than using separate machines in some situations. However, the biggest advantage is that I can load my clothes once and walk away without having to remember to transfer them from the washer to the dryer. For my lifestyle, that convenience makes up for the longer cycle time.
Overall, I would highly recommend the LG SIGNATURE Washer-Dryer Combo. The combination of design, features, and convenience of the product makes laundry much easier for me.

WOW Absolutely (Almost) Perfect!
WOW! Love the automation, the flexibility and the convenience this machine has over our old LG separates. It's amazing, quiet and energy efficient! (Calculated about a buck and a half worth of energy to wash and dry my last load of bedding. Is far I have only used the AI setting with the automatic soap dispenser and wrinkle care turned on. Perfect way to do my mixed bad of clothes. Put em in dirty, coma back later, maybe tomorrow and they are clean and dry and wrinkle free. ONLY thing I'd wish to change is to be able to set the wrinkle care on permanently so I never have to set it again.

Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a family member of an LG employee and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG. The LG Signature Ventless Washer and Dryer combo has been an impressive addition to our home, performing both washing and drying functions exceptionally well. Having the cycle transition directly from wash to dry without needing to transfer wet clothes makes laundry effortless, while the ventless heat pump technology leaves every load from heavy towels to daily wear thoroughly cleaned, fully dried, and well cared for.

'Set It and Forget It' Laundry Experience!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I am a family member of an LG employee and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG.] This machine has completely changed how I do laundry. The best part is definitely not having to switch wet clothes over to a dryer anymore. I just toss everything in before going to bed or heading to work, and it’s finished before I even realize it. I also love the ezDispense feature. You just fill up the detergent tank once, and it automatically dispenses the right amount for each load. Honestly, I just use the AI mode for every laundry load now because the machine knows better than me! It usually takes about 2.5 hours. I was a bit worried about the drying performance at first, but it dries everything completely. I’m super satisfied! Also, at first, I thought I had to drain the water from the bottom hose every time, but then I learned it's not necessary because it drains automatically from the back hose. You just need to remove the lint from the top filter. So, load the laundry, remove the lint, push the AI mode button. That's it! So convenient and feels so luxurious!

Really impressed with the quietness!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really spacious capacity and high tech appliance. It’s actually pretty great in terms of vibration and noise. The auto cycle to drying and heating really takes care of the moisture in the wash in a single cycle.

No more shrinking clothes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a [friend or family member] of an [LG or LG Partner] employee and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG.
The biggest reason I wanted to replace my washing machine was because my clothes kept shrinking. It was especially frustrating with my child's clothes. Every time I washed and dried them, the clothes would shrink noticeably, making it difficult to keep using them.
I tried everything I could think of... changing the water temperature, using different detergents, and following every care instruction but unless I air-dried the clothes, they still shrank. I had used a competitor's washing machine and dryer for years and just assumed shrinking children's clothes was unavoidable.
Recently, I had the opportunity to try the LG washer and dryer combo (WM9998HBA), and the difference has been amazing. The clothes no longer shrank, so I even tested it by washing and drying clothes that had already been washed and dried before. Even after running them through another complete cycle, there was no additional shrinking.
Another feature I absolutely love is that I don't have to stop the cycle to take certain items out or sort them before drying. I can simply put everything in once, and the machine takes care of both the wash and dry cycle from start to finish.
If you've been struggling with clothes shrinking after laundry, especially children's clothes, I highly recommend giving this LG washer and dryer combo a try. It has made laundry so much easier and has given me peace of mind!

Great for space with some tradeoffs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I am a family member of an LG employee and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG.]
Before I dive into my review, I’d like to make it clear that I am currently using traditional washer + gas dryer combo to compare.
<Pros>
1. No transferring laundry - load once, walk away and done
2. Ventless design fits anywhere - you don’t need any gas pipes and vents for this one.
3. EZ dispense auto detergent is life changer - you don’t need to put liquids every time. Less hassle for your life.
4. Best in class capacity for an All-in-one - 5.8cuft
<Cons>
1. Total cycle running time is longer - 2.5hrs, traditional vs 3.5hrs (heatpump dryer needs more time)
2. Second wash cycle can’t be started until it’s done with first cycle.
So, here is my bottom line.
If you are short on space, hate moving laundry between machines or want hassle free experience, this will be a great choice. But if you need multiple loads with shorter time which is speed, you might want to keep your separate washer and dryer set. The convenience that this product delivered to my life might look small but It comes really huge to me, honestly.

Great size and extremely convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be transparent I was skeptical about a 2-in-1 washer/dryer and figured it’d be a compromise on one end, but happy to say I was so wrong. It washes and dries in a single cycle, no moving laundry between machines, and everything comes out actually dry! not damp. It was surprisingly loud at first, but that was on me - once I actually read the instructions and took off the shipping bracket in the back, it ran quiet. It’s got some nice tech features too that elevated the whole experience. Also love the capacity- easily fits bulky duvets. Overall a solid, beautifully designed, high-end piece.

Very Convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best feature of this Signature washer-dryer combo is that you don't have to transfer the laundry to a dryer when the wash cycle finishes. Although the drying time takes a bit longer, the convenience far outweighs it.
I also love getting notifications through the LG ThinQ app once the entire process is complete. Our laundry room is in the basement and I spend most of my time on the second floor. In the past, I had to walk up and down the stairs multiple times just to check on the progress—since the actual time often took longer than what was displayed. Now, I simply wait for the app notification before heading downstairs, which is a huge game-changer.
On top of that, the capacity is massive, allowing me to wash large loads and even heavy comforters with ease.
I recommend this to anyone planning to purchase a new washer and dryer set. I can confidently say it’s the best appliance I’ve ever used!

Love this Washer/Dryer Combo!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the LG Washer/Dryer Ventless Combo for about a week now, and I'm already really impressed. I love being able to throw a load in and have it come out completely washed and dried without having to switch it over to another machine. I can't tell you how many times I have had to wash a load over again with my traditional washer because I forgot about it! The washer cleans really well, and my clothes come out fresh, soft, and dry every time. It's surprisingly quiet, and the controls are so simple that even my 11 year old can do a load of laundry without any help. The drying cycle does take a little longer than a traditional dryer, but it doesn't bother me since I can start a load and walk away. The convenience of not having to remember to move clothes from the washer to the dryer is absolutely worth it! Overall, after just a week of using it, I'm really happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy to use, all in one laundry system.

Quiet, convenient, perfect for busy families
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a friend of an LG employee and received this product free of charge in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed here are my own and should not be attributed to LG.
This washer/dryer combo has been a game changer for our family of four. After years of making trips to the laundromat, having the convenience of washing and drying at home has made a huge difference in our daily routine. The complete wash-and-dry cycle is quite long but it's incredibly quiet and convenient to set and forget, perfect for juggling a busy schedule with young kids. I can start a load and move on with my day without having to remember to transfer clothes to the dryer.
One of my favorite features is ezDispense. It automatically uses the right amount of detergent, so I no longer have to worry about using too much or dealing with detergent residue that required extra rinse cycles with my previous washer.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with this machine. It has simplified one of the biggest household chores and genuinely made keeping up with our family's endless laundry easier and less stressful.

Laundry made easy
This machine has worked great. I was hesitant to get something that is ventless and runs on a standard plug but everything is dried and hot when it comes out. While it may take a little longer total time, not having to remember to move the clothes from the washer and dryer gets us to take care of them quicker. Just set it and forget it and come back to clean clothes.

The Future of Laundry: Just Check the Box Content
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been extremely impressed with the LG SIGNATURE WashCombo. Coming from a traditional washer and dryer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this machine has exceeded my expectations.
The first thing that stood out to me was the capacity. For an all-in-one washer and dryer, I was pleasantly surprised by how much it holds. It easily handles our everyday family laundry, and I appreciate not having to sacrifice capacity just because it’s a combo unit.
I have also been very impressed with the built-in heat pump drying system. I was initially skeptical that a ventless dryer could perform as well as a traditional dryer, but the clothes come out dry, soft, and ready to wear without having to transfer them between machines. Being able to load the washer, press Start, and come back later to clean, dry clothes is exactly the convenience I was looking for.
Another pleasant surprise has been how quiet the machine is. Ours is installed in our laundry room, and I have not noticed any excessive vibration or noise during the wash or dry cycles. It’s much quieter than I expected for an all-in-one unit.
I also haven’t experienced any moisture issues after a cycle finishes. As a good habit, I usually leave the door slightly open after unloading the clothes to allow the drum to air out, but I haven’t noticed excessive moisture or dampness inside the machine.
The AI Wash & Dry cycle and the ezDispense system make laundry almost effortless. Once everything is set up, the machine automatically dispenses detergent and completes the entire wash and dry process without any intervention.
The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because my unit was missing three accessories that are listed as included with the product: the dryer sheet ball (Pet Care Dryer Ball), the mesh laundry bag, and the cleaning brush. While this doesn’t affect the machine’s performance, it was disappointing to discover those items were not included with such a premium appliance.
Overall, I am very happy with the WashCombo and believe it represents the future of home laundry. Aside from the missing accessories, it has been an outstanding addition to our home, and I look forward to enjoying it for many years.

Over drying is a consistent problem
I just ordered the unit and got it yesterday, it works well, no wrinkles smells or lint issues. But my biggest gripe is it over dries clothes regardless of the load size. it almost always runs 30~40 minutes after the clothes have been bone dry, at 120~130F heat (it also has no option for low heat, so it will just damage delicate items, and shorten the life span of regular clothes). I'm not sure if this has something to do with the firmware, humidity levels where I live, or a busted humidity sensor, but the diagnostics tell me everything is fine and the unit is literally on its first day. The drying option only include normal/damp/very. Normal already over dries by 30~40 minutes, damp just produces wet clothes, so there's not good option to prevent damage to clothing.
LG really needs to add more options on dryness levels, and add a low heat option in the wash+dry cycles (the only no heat option is air fluff dry only mode).
Another minor issue is there's no way to end cycle, so if you decide to end a cycle early because the clothes are already dry, you have to turn the machine off, which doesn't count as a cycle and the app/internal computer loses track of it, and doesn't count against your maintenance cycles that it counts before you do certain tasks like tub clean.

This washer/dryer has not performed as I expected. During use, the spin and drying cycles are much louder than I anticipated. I have found that smaller loads produce better drying results than larger ones. When I wash bulkier items, such as a comforter, the complete wash-and-dry cycle takes much longer than I expected.
