In fact, it's so delicious that you should mix a bunch of grilled corn pieces right into a salad... everyone will love it! This healthy recipe is perfect to serve as a side dish or pack for a picnic. Preparation time: about 40 minutes

Servings: 8 


  • 10 oz of romaine lettuce 

  • 3 ears of grilled corn

  • 1 can of black beans

  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • 1 cucumber, chopped

  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

  • Sea salt

  • Pepper 


Cook three ears of corn on your grill, and add some sea salt. You can also add some butter and seasonings if you'd like. Let them cook until done. Add the black beans, tomato, cucumber, avocado, olive oil, pepper, and sea salt on top of the lettuce. Wait for the corn to cool off and cut it off of the cobs. Mix everything together, and enjoy!
