A full mattress is the next size up, but if you need enough space for two people to sleep comfortably, then you may need to start looking at larger mattress sizes. A queen mattress is 60" x 80", while a king mattress is 76" x 80". If you want even more space, a California king mattress is 72" x 84", which is the largest mattress size available.
